I would suggest very highly to avoid this place.. wow 30 years experience and still dont know what you're doing? I ended up leaving that place and instead taking the trip to kennewick, wow same day got my license plates!! Seems like they dont care to go out of their way or dont know anything about licensing.. or the worst case maybe taking your money and lining their pockets? As a customer those are my only thoughts after my experince..

Licensing ladies are rude and extremely unhelpful. They claimed I needed different forms and blah blah blah. Went to Sunnyside and had no issues and needed nothing extra. Don’t waste your time supporting this place.

Jesus Christ that lady you guys are hiding in the back needs to retire already. She is probably the rudest person I have ever met in my life. They let me pay for tabs for my moms car then says oh but I can’t give them to you. I asked nicely for a receipt and she says you don’t need it she can just come and ask me for them, all I wanted was to make her life easier but apparently I offended her in some way because then she snapped at me and said nobody has asked for a receipt in years. I don’t understand how this place lets this lady talk to people in such a way and gets away with it.

I wasn't able to get my tabs like I'd always been able to years before. I guess the laws are a bit more stricter than they used to be. Maybe this will make sure that the cars aren't stolen. I would just say that you can tell someone no with a nice tone and a smile on your face. For s family friend.

The licensing place absolutely sucks. They treat you like your a toddler. Plenty of dirty looks being thrown around in this store.

Great friendly staff, store has what I need every time. No wasted trips, I'll call ahead as I don't live in town and they'll check to see if they have what I need.

I would not recommend this place to anybody. I came to transfer the title to my truck and the old lady in the back is the rudest person I've came across in years. She was condescending, Rude, and very disrespectful. If I would have had time to go someplace else I would have but I will never come to this place again.

It's amazing to have a local hardware store in Grandview. They almost always have what I need for any project and the staff is nice every time I come in.

This is one of those older awesome hardware stores that still keeps most everything old n new can easily spend a day looking at all the little things. Getting harder to find these places with great people too
