frustrating how poorly managed this facility is. Drivers are forced to wait to get dock doors assigned, even when there are open docks available — all because the manager doesn’t show up on time. It’s unacceptable to waste drivers’ time like this, especially when timely operations are crucial in this industry. If they cared about efficiency or respect for drivers’ schedules, they’d make sure someone was always available to assign doors. Until management steps up, expect unnecessary delays and wasted hours sitting around waiting for someone to do their job.

Transportation dispatch personnel are rude and very unprofessional behavior when going to check in if paperwork is ready they sometimes don’t even know why I came but already yelling “it’s not ready”…

My appointment was 07:00, and I didn't arrive until 15:00 due to bad weather leaving out of Kansas city. The gard, which was a nice lady, was very respectful. She called Celia-manager to see if they can unload me today or tomorrow. She was able to unload today, which I am very thankful for, especially after having a bad week. It's nice to be treated like a human being, especially in the trucking industry.

Truck driver.
The workers are nice and very friendly. Most of them seem to know what they are doing. However, ever since they updated their system I seem to be waiting about an hour to two hours more than beck then. I’ll see/ hear activity in the trailer for 30 mins and then spend an hour and a half to two hours waiting for paperwork. And to top it off you’ll have people waiting hours for a door so they can dock. I used to love coming here about a year ago. Now it’s dreadful. 👎

By far the best Walmart distribution center I've been to in the nation. Between Roxane, Victor, Pedro and Carolyn they were able to get me in early so I was able to go home and spend Christmas with my family. Walmart should look at how their distribution center runs in Grandview and make it a model nationaly. PS congratulations on your wedding Roxanne ;)

Extremely slow with checking in, they act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job. Getting unloaded in less than 4 hours has NEVER happened and I do mean NEVER!
