A couple of days ago, my truck’s clutch gave out while I was driving from Seattle to Boise for an urgent family matter. I was stranded on the highway and really in a pickle — but calling Ruggles Auto Repair turned everything around.
From the very first call, they treated me like family. They offered to drive me after hours to a nearby town just so I could rent a car and make it to where I needed to be. The next day, they worked tirelessly—well past closing time—to replace the clutch and get me safely back on the road.
They even brought me lunch while I was waiting in the lobby. Who does that anymore? Their kindness, honesty, and dedication are something you just don’t see often these days.
