I had the distinct “pleasure” of being served by a new staff member whose name I never caught—perhaps because she was too busy entering what I can only assume was the fourth stage of an emotional spiral. I arrived holding what I thought was a simple request.
Unfortunately, shortly after I began my transaction she became flustered. Personally I would’ve attributed it to my good looks but it might’ve had something to do with the small crowd that arrived behind me.
As more people filed in, I watched a transformation take place. The calm demeanor vanished. My once simple task started to become complex. In its place: nervous laughs, intense screen-staring, and a sarcastic commanding dialogue as if we had been friends for years.
I did get to enjoy a solid 10-minute intermission as I graciously allowed and observed her attend to everyone else in line. Honestly, it was kind of her to give me that time to reflect on all my life choices leading up to that moment.
Did my request get sorted? Eventually. Was it smooth? Not even remotely. But honestly, I kind of respect her commitment to barely holding it together.
Five stars, because watching someone visibly do their best while the universe tests their patience is the kind of thing that made the wait worth it.
(If you made it this far, clearly this is a joke. Just like I told the employee, I have too much time on my hands today. She’s solid though…will be going back soon with another crowd and a tedious task to stress her out again🙂↕️)

The Granger post office is amazing always appreciate their hard work. Also just love my outstanding country route postal delivery lady. She is the sweetest and goes above and beyond everyday.

This post office have Workers that do not know how to deliver mail. They are incompetent they all need to be replaced.

No bilingual staffs who speaks fluently Spanish.Scott Smith has terrible customer service.Instead of giving you a smile and make you feel like home when you walk into the office. Is the opposite. His management skills are very poor. His tone and rudeness makes customers feel very uncomfortable. I Strongly recommend to offered some professional customer training.

The young lady there is very helpful. It was her time to lock up and leave. I was worried about a delivery I was waiting on.She put her things down and went to unlock door to check if I got it. I did and was grateful for her help.

This place is the so bad, they Dnt deliver packages and with out even trying they’ll just put that they couldn’t deliver due to for whatever reason....horrible just horrible

They do not deliver mail on time at all. Sometimes it come at 7 a.m. then the next day it comes at 11:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. They take forever and need to do a little something about that.

wonderful business. postal clerks are kind and polite. althoughthis office serves a community of around 4,000, the office somehow retains an atmosphere of privacy. It is a peaceful place i am able to visit and find focus for a few minutes when I need a brief moment to think.

Helpful. I was even charged less on a package i shipped and it was bumped from standard to first class next day Delivery. And probably would Have arrived a couple Days earlier If it were possible
