Edgar left our car's interior absolutely pristine! It was better than I could have imagined. The interior was long overdue for it and he spent so much care in removing every crumb, bit of dirt and any trace of dog from the inside. I really appreciate that he came to our home too - saving us from having to worry about doing a car shuffle for the day.Services: Auto detailing

Edgar came out to my house and I live a long way out of town. I have a large white car and it was a very hot day but Edgar did a wonderful job and my car looked like it was brand new when he was done. On top of him doing a brilliant job on my SUV, he is very friendly and polite. Highly recommend Edgar. I will be asking Edgar to clean more cars for me.

Edgar did an amazing job detailing both of my vehicles, a large SUV and a sedan! He walked me through what he was going to do based on the different fabrics and materials and messes in our cars (we have three young kids, so it was messy!). He was communicative with how long it would take. The results were shocking! It looked and smelled like a brand new car! The seats and floors looked great and all of the surfaces shined! It was a great experience at a great value and we will definitely be back!Services: Seat shampooing

Saturday May 21, 2022 3:25pm I just booked my 1st appointment online with The Falls Auto Detailing. I chose their Complete Detail package (includes ALL Wash & Wax Services and ALL Interior Only Services). Edgar called me less than 15 minutes after my online booking to get the details of my car, ensure that I chose the right service to fit my needs and confirm my appointment time and vehicle handoff. I had originally chosen a drop off appointment for 11am but because I was flexible with my time Edgar said he could actually pick up my vehicle from my house at 8am and drop it back off to me after the detailing is done later that day. That way I didn't have to even leave my house! I work from home so this was a HUGE perk. So far my experience with The Falls Auto Detailing and specifically Edgar has been fantastic! Top notch customer service, flexibility and you can't beat their low prices. I have not experienced their detail work yet. But I will try to remember to come back here to provide an update after I get my shiny new car back. Wednesday May 25, 2022 I got my car back after it got detailed and believe it or not, I am even more impressed! My car looks better than it did when I bought it. Not only does it look immaculate inside and out (see before and after pictures) but Edgar is even more professional and nice in person. When he dropped my car back off at my house without me saying a word to him, he made sure to park in my designated spot. He waited patiently for me to wrap up what I was doing at work to come outside to meet him. Then he spent 20+ minutes with me to provide some pro tips on how I can help maintain my car both inside and out. I learned that Edgar is the owner of The Falls Auto Detailing with a wide background in both the automotive industry and has been a business professional for many years. He offers several different payment options to fit every customers needs and comfort level. I highly recommend this business. Edgar, thank you for everything! You have made a happy and loyal customer out of me. Looking forward to working with you again.

Edgar did amazing work on my Rav 4. After sitting in my driveway with a leak for 5 months, it grew mold. He got all the mold out and spent extra time getting the stubborn dog hair our of the carpet. He far exceeded my expectations! It' looks brand new inside! We will be using his services again!

Our car sat most of this last year as we drove our bigger family car more so during the winter, and it unfortunately molded in our wet state. I new I needed to spend the money and get it detailed. I am so glad that I did! Edger did such an amazing job our car barely looks 6 years old! We have only done this one other time on this car with a Mobile company and the person did an awful job and was no where close to as clean as this and, that was 3-4 years ago when it was still newer!I am so pleased with his work I'll definitely be bringing my car back, and my others! After seeing how clean the inside got I wish I would have done the outside too lol
