I went in the other day and they had an attendant on duty YAY!!!! She is very nice and very helpful she was telling me about their new DROP OFF SERVICE. Very convenient for the times I don’t want to do my own laundry! Haha but just thought I would comment because the laundromat was clean and the attendant was very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely recommend to others that don’t know about the new service that they offer.

This place when it was remodeled a few years ago went from bad to wonderful. The new owners that bought it really went all out. Since then we have a another new owner that has changed the dispensers to card pay. Which is I think a great idea. Its very expensive to run a laundromat with machines being used constantly, alot of wear n tear. One thing though that needs to be addressed is the bathroom should only be used by card holders and also the shower. Ive heard so many horror stories on vandalism in both those areas which ruin it for the rest of us. I recently have had to use the machines until my machine is repaired and years ago when we had only well water before pud came down our road I was so grateful for the shower. Ive never seen showers at a laundromat before. Need more of them around! Or even a building with just showers would help.

The washing machine took $5.00 of my money….then got stuck so I had to abandon that machine and put money in another one. I called the help number that was posted on the door to the office… left a message of what occurred and that I wanted reimbursed for my loss. Never heard a word. There is never anyone in the place to help you if need be. Coins are always getting stuck in the washers.

Place was on improvement earlier this summer, then two weeks ago stuff all over the floor, washing machine took 9 dollars from us. Dry was putting out low heat on high another 2 dollars wasted. I made three calls to number supply and received no replies. Moving on to Snohomish after using Bubbles for 8 years.

When we first started going there it was great there was somebody there to help you if you had any problems but as time went by it went downhill people that they hire don't speak English or at least they pretend not to when you have a problem.

I use this place for my laundry, it's been pretty good. Although the last time I went the washer ate 4 of my dollars and I found out the 50 lb dryers do not take quarters. I tried 3 different machines and none worked with quarters so I had to take home my laundry wet. Highly recommend getting the dollar coins for cash so this doesn't happen to you

Very clean. Comparable pricing. Machines wash & dry well. No attendant present. Needs more folding tables. Lost $5 in washer. Notified owner via voice mail. Will modify review in 1 mo. depending on whether or not I receive a refund by mail. NOTE: MACHINES DO NOT TAKE PAYMENT CARDS - ONLY QUARTERS & $1 COINS (which I realized later is what the change machine dispensed, so take heed). NO ATM.**Update: The owner did refund my $5 so I upped to 4 star review**

Extremly Over priced the machine didn't get my clothes clean and at $5 for an ice cold 6 min shower I don't think I'll go back

Machine ate my money, called manager and left message, and money was promptly returned by us mail within days.Very happy.
