Just call darrington if you have questions, and if you want a better experience just deliver to darrington aswell, they're organized and pleasant to talk to.

Good luck ever getting a package from them. They will leave a blank sticker on your door with no details to you saying to pick up your package and you take it to the post office and they won't give you the package because the slip doesn't have any address info on it..... won't take my ID that had my address to confirm or anything. Absolutely rude people who all should be fired.

For 3 years i have lived in the Suncrest neighborhood and for years my packages have been delivered to wrong addresses never to be seen again. Our group FB page has turned into a "where is my package/mail" page. The mail lady is constantly delivering to wrong houses or puting mailbox keys in the wrong mailbox. Its absurd. And something has to be done.

Awful. I’ve had many issues, but this time our mail person is putting that there is “no access to deliver” a very expensive package, yet they are delivering other packages and mail just fine. Stopped by their office and it’s not there either. Clearly there’s zero accountability about delivering on time and correctly. Called and called with no answer.

Horrible customer service. They hold packages for at least a day or 2, won't check the wall (even when you can visibly see one with your number on it) unless you have a slip. The manager there has the worst customer service skills and the men there aren't any better. I have had many times where not a single word is said during an entire transaction, just pointing and facial expressions. Horrible management, Horrible customer service all around. The only bright light in this office is one of the female couriers who is always a delight and goes out of her way to be friendly even when she could ignore you. I pay $100/year almost and my mail is never on-time, and never put into parcel lookers and when I used to order live bugs for a reptile, they would hold for 2-3 days before calling me even though it says on a big red sticker that it's live animals. Do better USPS.

They are very understaffed they are very unable to bring packages when needed they wait they don't deliver they're actually a lazy Post Office if you ask me When it says delivery they wait 2 or 3 days

Went in to this post office & The staff that works at this post office is very rude & don't really want to aner your question & when they do ancer your question thay ancering in a rude way back to you & I'm lucky I have nice people that live behind me because the post master puts my importan Mail in the outher people's Mail boxes & some time I get there importan Mail the post master needs to look more closely what mail is going in what mail boxes because u could be getting someone inportan Mail

This place really deserves negative stars. The clerk that accepts packages at the office has consistently been awful to work with and now I’m out money to replace a perfectly good lock on my mailbox because it was “broken”. It wasn’t broken and nobody bothered to tell me that that’s why the were refusing to deliver mail, so not only we’re they refusing to deliver my mail and failed to notify me of it, they’re also suppose to hold my mail for a minimum of 10 days (I had the global office AND the manager here say this). They weren’t holding it. They were just sending everything back right away.

Ive lived in Granite for over 20+ years. The post office here has forgotten what customer service is. I’ve had more issues than I can recount in just the last 6 months.Missing mail, repeatedly receiving the same letter (with someone else’s address), lying about the location of a package and suggesting I drive my car to the Arlington post office to pick up my package because it’s not his problem, and not once or twice but THREE TIMES a package has arrived and they haven’t notified me.The worst part is I applied to work there. I live fairly close, I’m very organized, and a decent worker, I thought maybe I could fix some things there. BUT, their application process is confusing and takes over two hours to complete. After I received an email telling me I’m not the right fit for the company. Ok, that’s fine. But then two weeks later I get another email asking me to reapply because they are short staffed.First: why is it short staffed constantly?Second: I’m not wasting another 2 hours of my life to be turned down.I miss the man who used to work there. He was kind and always went above and beyond.

2 time they threw away my package with no attempt to deliver it. Also no mailbox slip saying I have a packege there. They just throw away your package. Waist your money... with no second thoughts I cant believe how horrible this post office is.

They are doing a return to sender of several of my international packages. No reason given. I have contacted the Postmaster General and am waiting a reply for my complaint.
