I have been to many different Rite Aid pharmacies, and these are literally the nicest people ever. They always cheerful and answer all of my questions. Since I've moved here, they have gotten to know me and get my prescriptions ready when I pull up. It's the best service I've ever received at a pharmacy!

Worse pharmacy around. You would think if you have an appointment for a vaccine you would be able to get it. Two times now for our Hep B shots they've been out. Appointment tomorrow, decided to call to make sure they have it, they have only one dose. Why even make an appointment??? And on top of it they don't have any system of notifying you not to come in. Worthless....

I have had a lot of experience with this store. It is unbelievable how rude and disrespectful the pharmacy staff can be. Now I don’t wanna say that all of the staff is. But I don’t wanna throw one person under the bus. So I will just leave it at that.

Everytime I am in there, there are comments about race. If I go up to the cash register and am talking to a cashier, the assistant manager there will always make comments, loudly, that I won't let him help me because he's black. Every. Time. To the point that I will pay more to go somewhere else because it's ridiculous and I don't want people around me to hear those slanderous statements when I also work in thud town. I am not the only person he does this to and I know that I am not the only person that is uncomfortable with it. Small town people talk. This employee has caused a lot of turnover and a lack of applicants due to his comments about race and his ability to make every person who walks through the door feel like they are somehow doing something wrong because they don't think he's funny. On another note, this store used to always be well stocked and clean. In the last year or so, it has gone downhill fast. Pallets sit in the aisles, employees sit around and talk to each other instead of stocking shelves, and the store always kind of resembles a closing sale.

I'm very disappointed. I loved this rite aid but then I started having to get monthly medicine for my thyroid disease. I called them twice about a previous medication as well as my doctor that I would no longer be taking it I didn't like it. The lady with mid length brown hair charged me for it anyway and gave it to me. I told her I didn't take it anymore she said well you still have to pay for it and she THREW it into the pullout tray and walked away. I have since then moved so I went for the last time yesterday. And she again same woman was extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. In a condescending voice she said "thanks for picking it up this time" and made a comment that she counted all the medication correctly. They have given me 30 tablets on a 60 tablet prescription TWICE now. I will never ever go back as long as that lady is working there. I never want to say someone should be fired or find a job that fits them best but it's obvious she is miserable there and takes it out on the customers.

We were staying in the foothills of Snohomish for 5 nights. Not much around these parts. Went for a hike out to granite falls. It was beautiful however unfortunately my wife got a splinter. When we got back to our car, we looked up and found this local rite aid. To our suprise and great pleasure, it was the most up to date ,clean, current looking drug store id ever been in. We were searching for a needle or pin to do some self surgery to remove the splinter. We walked the entire perimeter of the store a couple of times unable to locate the items when we had the pmeasure if running into an associate names carrie. We told her of our strife and she immediately tool us to where needles resided. They even had a 48 pack of assorted needles available so we could coose the best size for our surgical maneuver. On the way to the register we couldnt help but browse the large array of weightlifting supplements, large size candy bags and great wine aisle. Upon reaching the register, to our pleasure, Carrie was the one there to ring us up. (Yes, the same one who had guided us earlier in this story) She was delightful, smiled and told us the total of our purchases. Then, as we were about to leave, i remembered i had to use the restroom so i asked if they had one available and as we had come to expect of carries service and our experience at this rite aid, she said YES. Delightedly, we scurried to the back of the store where we found not one but two restrooms,; one for each general gender association so we were able to maximize our timing by having my wife go to the bathroom at the same time as me allowed us several additional minutes of fun on our vacation. Best news of all is that as soon as we got back to our rental, we were able to successfully remove her splinter using the 2nd from smallest needle in the pack. I tell you this last item for 2 reasons: 1)as a reference guide if you need to know which of the needles best to use to remove splinters and 2) to save you money if u run into a similar situation,, i jave buried the extra 44 needles in original packaging and you can save yourself the $4.29 by simply unearthing the marked rock approximately 174 steps from the start of the right aid exit heading due east. Thank you again rite aid for making our visit so nice.
