It’s been a year or more since I stumbled across this hide-away. I just want to go back there again for some warm delicious food and endless looking at the museum of culture all around. Oh, and taking the ferry home to Portland after…Love it!

Had a bloody mary. Was very good. Very eccentric place, think we were the first customers in awhile. Lady was very nice. Strange experience.

Little place out of the way. Funky. Homemade. Great hippie, funky, dark, divey place. Hours can be dependent on the availability of cookie who is older.

Food is all made from scratch, so so delicious! The atmosphere is my favorite. You feel warm from the wood stove burning, smell of fresh coffee on, and the place is decorated very vintage and antiques all over. On top of that, you are alongside the river front, absolutely beautiful!

Huge portions of absolutely stellar food. Got short ribs and dirty rice and the oysters New Orleans. Best oysters I’ve had in a long time! Excellent atmosphere and lovely service.

Yes - it is possible to time travel. Go back 100 years by dining here. You will not find a more home cooked meal. Generous portions. Minus one star for not having Guinness on draft, but still tasted good from a can.

What a great place!! The food and drink were outstanding. So comfortable you don't want to leave. Lots to look at, kind of a small museum and pub! You should road trip out there!

Amazing roadside pub. No menu, just a few options for whatever they want to cook that day. Portions are massive.

A must see pub while traveling along the river. The owners are no-nonsense and wonderful. The chef cooks what he can get fresh and the servings are huge, so split a plate. It really feels like an Irish pub inside.

Very unique/eclectic Irish pub/restaurant. Sit outside by Gray River if you can. Down to earth. Food a bit different, albeit, interesting.

We stopped here for dinner on our way home from a kayak trip. We thought we'd try something different from the usual Burgerville and we're really glad we did. This place serves slow-cooked, REAL food! They had fresh oysters! The food was good - huge portions. The ambiance is amazing - the building is full of Irish-themed memorabilia and antiques. It feels like a place out of time. They have a deck that looks out over the river. It would be a cozy place to hang on a rainy day too. The service was friendly and personal. They don't have a printed menu. They had a couple of gluten-free options. The Chicken & Dumplings dinner was $26.00 and the Oysters New Orleans was @$28.00. (The chicken & dumplings came with half a chicken.)
