I love our community post office! Our mailwoman is so friendly and wonderful, and I have a great experience every time I go in to mail a package. It’s a very small rural office so the selection of boxes and cards is relatively small, but the service is great.

I kept getting "not deliverable" notices from the Langley post office. You can't call them. They have their phone off the hook or just let it ring and ring and ring. Horrible. BUT Dillon from the Greenbank post office saved the day and got the package to me in less than an hour after I talked to him. Greenbank serves the community. Langley.....not so much. Sara Baty

The best local post office I could ask for. Our Greenbank USPS is very quaint, the lines are never too long, the service is fast, and they have a nice selection of cards and boxes. The kindest employees and so helpful when sending out packages or picking up items from the PO Box that are too large to fit in the mailbox. Deliveries are always on time and so very friendly when they deliver. I wish I could give you 10 stars!

Our packages are routinely marked as delivered, when in fact they are either left at the post office, with a verbal request a day or two later to go get it ourselves or in someone else’s mail box. Delivered/not delivered are the cards for a memorial service tomorrow. Mail delivery driver can kiss her Christmas appreciation goodbye. They are NOT in my mailbox.

Absolutely the worst. We’ve had packages left on the side of the road, “No mailbox” slips left in the mailbox. I pay extra now to ship with UPS or DHL so that I don’t have to deal with USPS.

We hadn't been to Greenbank for a couple of years, so when we went recently in early May 2019 expecting to enjoy a wonderful dinner at Greenbank Grille we were shocked to drive up and find the whole place dark, empty, and permanently closed! Apparently this happened somewhere in 2018, we just didn't know it because we didn't go to Whidbey Island last year. Thought you'd want to know. I hope they reopen another restaurant there, we sure miss the Grille!

Been a member of this post office since 2004. Exceptional service. Im definitely happy with the employees and the handlings of my personal information, and special treatment is normal for this office. The employees are always very friendly, attentive and provide quality customer care and personable environment. Thanks Greenbank usps for years of excellent service. ✌😀
