“I got stuck in the snow night for over an hr on I’m assuming a summer rd in Reardan, WA while doing a delivery and had horrible phone service. It took me a really long time to be able to request a tow using my insurance after trying failing at several attempts to get free. While waiting for a provider to even be dispatched, I saw light pull up and it was Trevor. He was on his way to assist another stuck driver on the rd I had planned to turn on. He pulled me out, gave me some good snow driving advice and advised it was free. Just wanted to say a huge thank you, your kindness was very much appreciated and I’ve got your card in my wallet to use if needed! Thank you again!!!”
