I've been going to this 711 since my childhood. Recently with the new owners I've been overcharged almost every visit, and as of recently whenever I go there one of the employees watches me like a hawk. Assuming I'm a thief I suppose. I'll take my business elsewhere, not worth being watched and overcharged.

Careful coming in here business suit or sweat suit they will treat you like your a thief for no reason. At least at the other 711 they will greet you when you come through the door and treat you with respect. Like who are you? What gives you the right to treat customers like that? Who hurt you?

It's quick easy and convenient for grabbing last minute needs it's got gas redbox movies. Easy to get In-N-Out of and it has pretty good customer service. Don't forget to sign up 4 rewards to earn points for free products

Rude new owners. My sister was waiting for a ride share to work, employee says she can’t wait outside business, that’s cool, but you don’t have to cuss 7-11 employee.They also burned 3 pizzas my mom was buying and refused a refund. They did allow an exchange for uncooked pizzas she had to take home and cook herself.

Rude employee, we won’t be back!Luckily we live closer to 7/11 in Aberdeen which it is a lot better. I am sure they will be loosing a lot of business with the new ownership/management ?

They over charged me three times then I realized the cashier was purposely Ringing me up for different hot case items so that I don't get the deal offered when you have 711 rewards Then she tried telling me she was new to the system and didn't know she was doing it... I know how the register works and how the hot case menu items pop-up and it was definitely on purpose! Pick another 711 if you do not want to be robbed!!

Ever since 711 has been under new management, the food is never fresh, they over charge. When you take cash they telling you that you don't Heber enough money even when it's the right amount. If you use your card they charge you a $1.59. Then I mentioned about posting the debit card price they started talking to me in a foreign language as if I understood. 712 needs to go back to the people they had and make it work. 711 you lost another customer along with most of your customer base.

I wish there was an option for no stars. Since the new owners took over they are over charging and apparently don't know how to cook a pizza. They refused to recook this pizza or give me a refund.

After new ownership this store really stinks. I went in this evening and the cashier was on FaceTime and unbuttoning his uniform. I’m sure I interrupted a fun conversation, but then once the cashier clothed himself, he didn’t even know how to use the POS. Disgraceful.

I stopped in during a road trip recently and the cashier, Sierra, was extremely helpful. When I entered she was busy cleaning, but kindly welcomed me, and went from that work fully into customer service mode. I was tired from driving and probably more grumpy than I would like to admit, but she really made the past midnight experience one to remember. Ive never been so satisfied with a gas station visit. She was very helpful and kind. She helped me figure out the 711 app, and convinced me it was worth the download. The store was clean, except for the coffee area which was the area she was cleaning when I came in, and got right back to as I was leaving. To be fair, it appeared the mess was likely the result of one measy customer, nothing was dried on or layered. I dont really ever leave reviews, but I was really impressed with my visit, and the work the cashier was doing. I wish I could leave reviews for like this for the many other 711 i visited on my trip.
