“Always friendly! I’ve never had an issue in the year that I’ve been using this location.The Aberdeen location was hit or miss on friendly employees. This location has never had that issue.”
“We have presented the folks at this post office with several challenging situations over the years, and they always come through with flying colors. They have rules/laws they have to obide by that are there for everyone's protection and we have to respect that. When our packages come crushed I don't think they draw straws out in the sorting area to see who gets to stomp on my package. It came in the back door that way. Everyone is always courteous and helpful when we go there. We have a box there, not home delivery.”

“I sell on eBay and ship lots of packages. The service I am getting from the Hoquiam post office is really top notch. Everything is scanned properly and goes out on time. The employees are super friendly and helpful. We are lucky to have such good service out of Grays Harbor...I only wish the hospital was this good!”
