“We changed our usage as we were part time home owners in a resort town and changed to full time home owners. It changed our consumption. Due to our consumption change we ran out of gas on a Sunday morning on a long holiday weekend. Oh no! We called the emergency line and an hour later Bob, our delivery driver was at our house and got us up and running for the week. He came back and topped our tank off the following week.
