Unfair customer service. I believe the doctor should have stepped in as we had been patients of Dr Dan's for 10 years at the least. Claimed I owed a bill for a missed appointment and kept it on my record saying they paid charges I owed for missed visit. Unfair and can be misconstrued to Future vets we continue on with

So happy with the care we received at Raintree. After spending all night into the mid morning hours at an emergency clinic in oly.i left with no answers, a large bill and no sleep. They put my puppy in a cage with oxygen and didn't look at her for close to 5 hours. I came home called Raintree and the put her on a waiting list. Got her in first thing in the morning and they saved her life. I'm so grateful!!!!! Wonderful front office and the vet was absolutely awesome. I've worked as a vet technician for over 15 years in my younger days and was just so impressed with the whole experience.

Raintree is an exceptional animal care center. Everyone is so very polite & knowledgeable. They fit me in at a perfect time for me. They were waiting for our arrival & we were in and out quickly. Thank you Raintree Vets for caring so much about our pets & taking such good care of them. In November 2025, I had to bring in my 12 year old chihuahua. I never intended to have chihuahuas but due to an irresponsible niece, I ended up with two. And it was a wonderful mistake. My husband and I adored them. But my male had an enlarged heart. Dr Becker always took the time to talk with me about all 4 of my pets as they are all aging. Checkers aged almost overnight. I called Dr Becker on a Monday and we talked it through and we made an appointment for Wednesday at 10 am. My husband and I spent Tuesday doing all of Checker’s favorite things to do. We took him in on Wednesday morning. While Dr Becker was setting up, I was holding Checkers in my arms and he looked up at me and kept watching me until I saw his eyes had gone milky. I told Dr Becker to stop as he was gone. I think Dr Becker cried as hard as my husband and I did. RainTree is simply exceptional. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We are new patients at Raintree. We have two cats and a small dog. We brought all three at the same time, for their very first visit at Raintree. Our experience was great! Reception checked us in quickly, the assistant brought us to the examination room almost immediately, and the doctor came in shortly after that. There was very little wait time. The doctor explained everything in depth, so we were clear on our instructions. More importantly, our pets felt relatively comfortable during the visit. Sometimes, that can be a challenge. So far, we are extremely happy with our choice.

this place deserves the 4.8 star rating it has. my cat taako and I had a wonderful experience here. very reasonable prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, comfortable environment etc.
