“Excellent Pharmacy with all sorts of medications and medical equipment even including footwear. My mother needed a lift chair and we went to try them out. The staff was wonderful. We were 2nd in line waiting for the expert to help us and while she was helping someone else the other staff Cashier and a man stock clerk would come by and speak with us ....very attentive to my aged mother. They all made us feel very good ....their customer service is excellent and my mother loved talking to everyone.The expert who handles all the medical equipment helped us with questions regarding the procedure to see if Medicare could pay for the chair. She printed out all the criteria and sent over a message to my mothers Dr. to let her know we would be making an appointment to get evaluated for the lift chair and prescription. If my mother qualifies they will send all the paperwork into Medicare so that we can get a reduced price. She made this process so easy and seamless.Wonderful experience at Ilwaco Pharmacy ...small town Pharmacy with great customer service ....they made us feel like family!”
