I have been going to this gym for a couple of months and look forward to the rumored improvements. I would say that 10% of the equipment does not work, and the layout of the gym is very inconvenient. Multiple cable stations on the large cable machine Just completely do not work and have been taken apart so no one tries to use them… at one point I overheard someone saying that we are getting a whole new table set up… But that was about two months ago. Hopefully I can write a better review in the future.

Very incompetent and unprofessional billing/membership process. Account continued to be charged for a year after it was cancelled for which we received a cancellation confirmation from 24hr Fitness. No mechanism to alert members that the membership is dormant, they just happily continue to charge fees. Contacted the Issaquah office directly and was told a Manager would call to discuss- call never happened, had to continue to call to reach someone (phone frequently goes unanswered) who could address the issue and was then told the membership was "reactivated" when we hadn't lived in the area for over a year!! The email they claim that's registered to the account does not belong to us!!! We still don't have full confirmation the account is even cancelled!!!

The machines and workout areas are fine, but the locker area and showers are the worst I’ve ever seen. Clumps of hair, used bandaids, used dental floss, old cans, wet underwear. Anything and everything on the shower floor. Reminds me of the New York subway system when the janitors were on strike. And with all the clumps of hair on the shower floor I’m pretty sure someone there is on chemotherapy.

Worth gym ever. The guy working with the front desk doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Supper unprofessional and rude. I was about to get a one year platinum membership but due to his way of communication I stopped the registration. I don’t recommend this gym to anyone ever.

Nice 24 hour fitness, 3 Lane pool, stream room, and sauna.

The pool and shower area can definitely benefit from better cleaning and upkeep. There is black mold all over the shower walls, most shower heads need replacement. Staff look clueless. At some point I had to teach a staff member how to install a soap pouch in the soap dispenser for it to work. There is permanent dirt on the bottom of the pool. Some say it is an inexpensive gym, however all other 24/7 fitness I've been to are much cleaner than this one. I guess it is just an issue with the staff and management of this particular gym and not an issue with the entire chain.

They clearly do not want your business here! Find another gym as this one gives their national brand a bad name. I came twice to check it out new to town and the first time they couldn’t be bothered to meet with me and the second time I even got a three day pass to which they would t honor because I have an out of state ID (yes, I need a new gym since i moved into town). Steer clear of these people like the plague.

Everything other reviews tell about 3 day trial pass is true. Do not waste your time only to get disappointed. I live <5miles from here and was hoping to try it out without any problem before joining. I was looking forward to get yearly membership along with trainer to recover my knee.Front desk employee mentioned that you have to pay $25 for 3 day pass since lot of people are just coming using 3 day pass. I told him that doesn’t make any sense. Why would they let me register online at all if this is not allowed and was told this is a corporate policy. I did not want to take my frustration out on employee and gave him a chance by asking for a tour. He agreed for a tour and after determining that I was seriously looking to join, he offered free 3 day pass. I refused since I do not support such business policy and would rather take my hundreds if not thousand dollars elsewhere.I wouldn’t blame front desk employees like other reviews since they do as told and an additional star to just them. Manager and management however are loosing big bucks trying to pick pennies here and are ultimately responsible for this experience. 24 hour fitness, never again.

I absolutely love this gym! The people there are helpful, friendly, and courteous. I'm always greeted with a smile and feel like I'm among friends. I especially want to recognize Mackenna, Collin, Holly, Josh and Melanie. I usually go there in the morning hours so I'm not familiar with other employees, but I'm sure they're just a great as those I mentioned. BTW, I also LOVE the Question of the Day! I always joke that 50% of my incentive for going is the Question and the other 50% are the wonderful staff!

Been here for about 8 months.Pro:It is after all a 24/7 gym and it has the equipment you need.Cons:The staff - with exception of 1 or 2 - are ignorant, rude and won't even acknowledge your presence when you walk in or leave. They don't work. They talk to each other or sit on their phones, no cleaning, no helping, no nothing. It's just over all a bad atmosphere and vibe from the staff.Everything, and I mean Everything is dirty. The cardio machines are filled with trash and dirt, it's disgusting - and the majority of them are broke in some way, but still usable in some sense. There are big balls of dust under machines and the locker rooms are a joke. Smells bad and is just not fresh. The place is a health hazard but could be great if it was just cleaned and the staff was more customer centric and actually cared - as few of them do.Hopefully the owner and management make some changes to their staff and the cleanliness of the gym.

I recently applied for a free pass at 24 Hour Fitness, excited to try out their gym for three days. The idea of utilizing a promotional offer seemed perfectly reasonable to me, especially since "free pass" was clearly advertised. However, my experience at the front desk was far from welcoming. The staff looked down on me and stated that the free pass was only for those seriously considering a membership, not for casual visitors like myself. I found it amusing yet inconvenient that the free pass required a manager's confirmation. The warning I received about the misuse of the free pass left me confused. If it's not meant for trial, what's the point of advertising it as such?As a current LA Fitness member, I was genuinely considering a switch if I liked the service and facilities. However, the attitude at the front desk was off-putting. Denying access with a free pass, which is meant to be an invitation to potential customers, is simply absurd. This experience has significantly influenced my view of 24 Hour Fitness.

Terrible gym although cheap. No one re-racks their weights, staff doesn’t do it either. They hit you with an annual fee, which is for some reason not included in an annual amount you pay when you sign up and…comes in first month. Some equipment doesn’t work and all is ancient. Things look dirty/unkept too.

There is an absolute insistence on permanently displaying Fox News on the farthest TV above the squat rack. Don’t know if this is due to management, ownership, or a member but I have asked and changed the channel to something else numerous times. Many people ask to change it as well but if you do, rest assured the channel will be back to Fox News the next day. If you’re going to show a biased politically right news station, show an equally biased politically left leaning station on the tv next to it. Better yet, don’t show a biased news station at all since the point of a health club is to be working out, getting rid of stress - not adding to it.
