Andre’s did a great job of putting a new half sole on my son’s cowboy boots and the service was prompt and delivered on time over the holiday weekend. Great!

Do not bring your high-end designer shoes. Worst zipsole that I've ever seen and I am not sure it's fixable. Loubutins are mangled..

Every time I had Andre fix my shoes he was very friendly and professional. I have moved from Washington to Pennsylvania and will still be sending my footwear to him for repairs or modification. I highly recommend this shop.

I recently brought two pair of winter boots in for repair... explained how they would be repair and I was satisfied with the explanation and then charged me $100 each to repair... I live in these boots in the winter time so I wanted to save them.. Pick them up and they are unwearable! The rubber they used for the sole is uneven and I will for sure roll my ankle. This is highway robbery and he made me pay when I dropped off... I now have to find someone else to undo the damage... true safety issue. Do not take your shoes here!

Andre did a good job with a quick boot sole fix. I give four stars because the painted portion was uneven. One part was painted black. The other not. Unnoticeable from afar. More closeup messiness. See photos

Just thought I would try a local shoe repair to put a rubber sole on a pair of shoes. Paid $35.00 up front. Came back to find shoes with half of soles covered with a glued on rubber sole, glue still showing. When I asked why he did not do whole soles of shoes he said the heel is not considered part of the sole! That would be another $27.00! So $62.00 to put a rubber sole on shoes!

Poorly "fixed" shows. Husband brought his loafers that needed the heel fixed ... he ended up with nails coming through the sole into his feet and the heel coming right off. Horrible. Do not recommend.

I brought my boots into Andre’s shop because they were digging into my knees. I needed the tops trimmed down a couple inches. I offered to lift my leggings up so he could see my knees and he said it wasn’t necessary. I came in a week later, when he claimed they were done, and the boots were still gauging into my knee caps. He gave me a hard time about his mistake and then agreed to fix it. Another week later and I go pick them up. They appear to be good now. I get to my car and realize the leather is split vertically. I went back in and he explained it cracked the second time he had to sew them. Would’ve been nice for him to tell me that up front instead hoping I just didn’t notice. Then I got them home and started looking at the back of them. The boots lace up from the heel up most of the boot. I looked at them and realized he cut the laces on one boot where he thought they should go. I never even spoke to him about cutting the laces. The laces were long so you can wrap them around the front if you want to. Andre has ruined a pair of $300 boots and won’t return my phone call to make it right.
