Don't stop if you need a restroom and don't mind paying for 1.97 for a refill charge hot water in your own cup! I mentioned I had my own cup, a lady from the back says it is 50 cents. Kids got all huffy because he couldn't charge me 1.97. 😤🤨

Here I am at the Arco in issaquah. It's 12:47 am. Every time I come around this same time 99 percent of the time it's closed with this sign on the door stating they will be back soon. I would say that soon would be no longer than 15 mins from the the time you post the sign till you should be back it's now going on 20 mins. If you advertise that you are open 24 hours then I would expect you to be open 24 hours not 23 and a half or less. This is clearly false advertising. And bad for business I would imagine. Oh sorry this was the wrong Arco. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ARCO ON FRONT STREET NEXT TO THE I 90 EASTBOUND ON RAMP.

Was very rude and gave my fiancethe finger apont taking a picture of the sign, I asked "why does it say 24hrs?" He then proceeded to hang up on me in the middle - tords the end of the question. Was very rude and disrespectful, I will be calling corporate and filling a formal complaint.

Came here daily as a driver for work. I will never come back because of the lady with the dog. Rude and had no customer service. The hose malfunctioned and spilt gas all over my motorcycle tank and she would do nothing about it. I just wanted a partial refund because their station was responsible for the spill, and on top of that she said it was alright to use after the spill, and it happened again.She claimed to be a biker too, but I doubt it. Bikers are like a family and she will treat you like trash.
