Do not buy your phone here or shop for new plans. I was totally misled to believe my bill would go down when we purchased 2 new phones and Direct TV. We were quoted $258 a month for everything. I was even given a print out of all the costs on it totaling $258 a month. The real cost is $356 a month. I have just spent the last 2 hours on the phone with 2 separate AT&T customer service agents and have been told there is no way my bill can be bought down to the promised amount. I have been a customer of AT&T for 20 years. As soon as the 2 phones are paid off, I am leaving AT&T. I was lied to by the store employee and taken advantage of! Terrible business ethics!!! Never Again!

If I could give this place a zero I would. WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE LOCATION. I was offered a promotion when upgrading my I phone. Based on the details talked through by sales person. so misleading and now my bill is up to $300-$400 for what was told as a free device. This company will rob you and not tell you the whole truth, don't listen to anything these people say!

I have 2 bad experiences with the store. The staff is very rude, maybe on hourly or commission basis (Diamin especially, who thinks that he knows so much but don't). They don't want to support customers but their aim is to upsell , that's it. They tried to fool me by giving a sim and telling that phone is not supported so that I buy a phone from them. When I said that I am already using an atnt sim on this phone, then they proposed to buy a new sim. When I asked them how will that solve problem, they eventually agreed to replace sim. At the end , I have to resolve the issue myself by googling. But I guess they think it's not their problem after providing sim. Do hell what do you want attitude. Also, rather than providing resolution , they would just ask to call customer care 611 where you can never talk to anyone. After an hour, 611 picked up and asked me passcode for a new prepaid sim without which they can't help to which I told them I haven't set up ever, then store tells me that they can't set up passcode for prepaid sim. Only 611 can do. Lol , maybe both need to talk to each other and train themselves. But really very poor after service.

Went in today with a busted phone expecting to pay a whole lot to get a new one but instead Andy did a whole magic trick that ended up saving me money now and in the future. The patience and multitasking abilities on this guy is more than impressive. They all take the time to troubleshoot every problem that walks through that door. If you're in a bad mood, don't you dare go in a take it out on these guys. Thanks again fellas.

I've never had a bad experience at a corporate store until today. I had a malfunction when an Asurion agent was trying to transfer my Sim and data from my old phone to a new. It was temporary, and I wanted to use my NextUp to get the newest but something happened and even customer service was stumped and told me to head out to a store. It may of had something to do with the fact i have FirstNet and he had never done a transition for a FirstNet customer.The agent called this location asking if they could do it and they replied that they could, their hours are posted until 9pm so quick like I headed out to just get everything done as both of my phones were unusable from what happened. I got there one or two minutes before 8 and their doors were locked, the gentleman came over and told me they closed at 8 now due to high crime volume but he hesitated on it. He first asked me what it was I wanted done, if you were closed and unable to help why are you asking me what needs to be done? When I told him, it obviously wouldn't give him any way to upsell or make money so that's when I was told that that really sucks but they can't help but could take me in first thing in the morning. I'm really upset that they also told the agent they could help while also failing to mention that they modified the hours to their store. As someone that works solely in customer service, this is not how you treat loyal customers.

Worst store ever. Manager and employee lie about the discount during the purchase of iphone and later do not honor the commitment. Never go to this store!

Over the top service from Andy and team! My father recently passed away, and Andy helped me close my father’s account with Verizon, get my 91 year old mother to my ATT account, and manage like a pro a phone call with an arrogant Support Tech at Verizon. Andy saved me so much frustration we bought him lunch. Well run store, thanks guys!
