I needed to trade in my old iPhone 12 Pro to credit toward my new 15 Pro that I already received. I walked in and was greeted by the entire staff, then a gentleman named Michael helped me with the trade. Michael was very professional, efficient, and friendly. I have no idea why the reviews are so bad for this store, my experience was fast, friendly, and very pleasant.

I have had a business account with AT&T for over a decade and this store has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The manager won't even give his business card or name out because he knows it's so bad. On multiple occasions, I have gone into the store to request a paper copy of my bill or make some simple account changes and been met with resistance at every step of the way. Can I get a printed copy of my bill to review it before I pay? The system is down or updating so we can't print (this has happened 2x). Can you show me the bill on your iPad? No, this is a propriety system.So they won't let you look at your bill. They just tell you to call 611 unless you're buying something that will garner them commission. It's honestly ridiculous and sick. Again, they don't know the definition of customer service. They are rude and disrespectful. We're going to take our business elsewhere. Stay away from AT&T and especially anyone working in Issaquah, WA.

Extremely dissatisfied. AT&T store service is ineffective. Staff members doesn't show any empathy when they can not solve the problem. I was surprised to see the visibly rude behavior of AT&T store staff which was completely unnecessary.

Horrible customer service. Seems like the place is being run by goons.No empathy. They are pathetic listeners who only know how to get defensive and add on to a customer's frustration. They need to be trained properly in customer service.I will be making a switch for myself and my family to T-mobile because of the attitude and disrespectful treatment we encountered.

I had a complex issue with my Samsung watch syncing with my phone, and Alex at AT&T store was the one who helped me fix it. He was the same person who set up my watch before, and he remembered me almost a year later. He was very patient and professional, and he explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He went above and beyond to make sure that my watch was working properly and that I was satisfied with his service. He is an asset to the AT&T team and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their devices. Thank you, Alex, for your excellent customer service!

Instead of confirming the order I had placed online with my ID the sales person decided it was a good idea to get a new watch activation in store and tell me that he was in fact confirming my original order that was placed online.Then I found out a protection plan was added on to the watch line for $15/mo. Like the plan is more than the watch per month my guy?!The original order is still showing as pending on my account. Hope that watch activation was worth the 1 star review.-A former AT&T employee

Tommie got me an AWESOME DEAL tonight! Even stayed after closing hours to finish up activating my new AT&T plan.Which was REALLY appreciated considering how difficult it can be when trying to get a new phone through a new company, especially when MOST store reps seem like they're out to just get you to spend as much cash as possible.....But not at this location, nope, they we're able to quote me a price over the phone and that was the price that I paid walking out of the store. (Which was also nice, when other floors like you quote you a certain price and then when you get to the store it's a substantial amount more than what they quoted you)THANK YOU TOMMIE BANKS!
