Super professional and honest,I came after the dealer (Mercedes of Seattle)Told me I have to replace the brakes urgently came over after they already reserved the parts for me and agreed on price they looked at the car and told me that no brakes replacement needed,Good to know there’s still honest places out there I’ll definitely be back.

The ABC system failed on our SL and dumped its fluid on my garage floor. Alan was able to fit me in (Thx Alan!) And all is fixed now. Already scheduled to bring the next 'rig' in to fix an oil leakHighly recommend this awesome shop and people.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Jocko McCantz is an amazing mechanic and also a really decent dude. I bought a car from someone that had previously been serviced by his shop and it had some issues that the previous owner wasn't up front about. Jocko squeezed us in on short notice and took care of the repairs FOR FREE! It's been months and his repairs have lasted and are still going strong! Automeister ii has fixed our car twice now and both times it was super fast and super affordable. We're saving up to take it back in for some bigger ticket overdue maintenance and there's no question that I'll be taking it back to Automeister even though we've moved three hours away. Totally worth the trip. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, affordable mechanic then call Jocko at Automeister!

They were fine and did a good job on our elderly Mercedes. The gal at the front desk could polish up her people skills but I would give Automeister a strong reccomend!

Great experience! The check engine light came on my Lexus and they took it without an appointment. Only took 24ish hours for them to fix it. Great price and a professional shop. My family will take all of our cars here!

Had a stuck window in the down position during 31 degree temps. Alan got me in first thing and fixed same day. Also went above and beyond and replaced by handle where the lock was punched out. Fixed that too. Excellent service! Excellent people!
