The check in at the front desk with your cell phone is a system that needs to be updated or cancelled. Finally saw the tiny sign after waiting and waiting and not being acknowledged. Didn’t see the code because a customer was standing in front of it. Finally scanned it and waited for someone to find me in the cue with my BLUE jacket. Got my SMS and was feeling confident. Wandered around, waited… looked at phone. I had my text from Best Buy and I knew they would find me. Went back to front desk because it had been 10 minutes and I’d seen everything. Guy walks in, straight to front desk, employee happens to be there and instantly helps him. Your system is BROKEN 😱

I am NOT a tech savvy person. At 61 it’s not my mindset. I needed a senior friendly, inexpensive, prepaid cell phone for my 91 year old Aunt. I visited on Monday, Dec. 15 and was please to meet Ezra who took patient time with me showing me options and checking on availability. A well informed decision made and check out began. He assisted with activation and called in Daniel for assistance. What a pair! They tackled the process and even helped with programming numbers and a quick tutorial on how to do somethings myself. You have a customer for life and I hope the two outstanding representatives of your store are rewarded for their efforts. Thank you so much!

Me and my friend (both alt looking women) were completely ignored today at this location. I was looking to buy a new gaming monitor and the other guest in the computer area brought an associate over as we arrived to shop. we waited for their interaction to be over as to not interrupt and be rude but the associate (short man sporting a 2013 Zayn haircut) immediately left the area after their transaction. My friend had to hunt him down as when he saw her approaching he seemed to not want to interact with her. She then explained politely we were waiting for his help to which said he forgot to check on us and then he proceeded to blame her for not interrupting him earlier. We left without purchasing anything honestly solely because of him and his attitude.

This Best Buy routinely has the worst customer service of any store I shop at. Employees are rude and inattentive. The store is constantly disorganized and if you can find someone to help you, they often can’t find products that are shown on the website as being in stock. Employees don’t ask if you need help, they wait for you to ask, they’d rather stand around. Constantly terrible experiences at this Best Buy. What a let down.

Tristan and co. did a great job with my stereo install and made it a positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend utilizing the Geek Squad’s service when needed. I like to DIY but some things are better left to professionals and the price was very reasonable. Maybe too reasonable.
Best Buy should pay their technicians more or allow customers to tip.
