I love that they have towels and spray bottles of glass cleaner for customers to use after going through the wash.

we have been regular customers of Brown Bear for years now. a couple of weeks ago we went to our usual one in Issaquah. we noticed that no one did the wheels, windscreen, mirror and rear brush like before. I thought this was just a one of due to staff shortages. yesterday we went to the same one and again there was no wheel brush, it was straight into the wash. it was certainly not to the usual standard, in fact I had to finish cleaning the car myself when we got home. you have increased your prices significantly, while the service is greatly reduced. sad to see corporate profit put before customer service.

Great self-serve car wash and great tunnel car wash location. I used the self-serve car wash back on Sunday, and it was fun to do and cheap to do. I'll keep coming back here for my self serve car wash needs since this location has everything I need for a self serve car wash, I also sometimes use the tunnel car wash as if I'm in a hurry. Thanks, Brown Bear Car Wash Issaquah, WA, for having everything I need for a car wash location. I'll keep coming back, that's for sure.

Was there this afternoon to clean my car, but had to leave because there were friends of the the employees doing doughnuts on site in the rain. So disappointing and unsafe. The driver and his passenger friend then went inside together with the employees. I don't want to be around a place like this.

Quick and easy. After you get the car washed, you can also vacuum clean and wipe the insides of your car.

Great self-service car wash! First tap of the credit card adds 4 minutes. Excellent pressure washer, foam, and brush. Was able to quickly clean the Tacoma in 10 minutes. Much easier than taking out the pressure washer and ladder at home.

We visited the wash today and the staff was very friendly but we paid 15 dollars for the RAINBOW car wash and guess what, there was NO rainbow soap. My 8 year old daughter was VERYVERY disappointed and cried. My kid loves the car wash and found this trip very traumatising, 1- no rainbow soap, 2- she had to watch the violent act of the license plate in front of our car get grusmily BENT. She started to scream and cry. And when my kid cry’s it goes on for around 2 hours. SEE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE BROWN BEAR ISSAQUAH?! I am very disappointed and sadend that my hard worked 15 bucks that I put my blood sweat and tears into went to waste. It didn’t even get all the bird poop off of my car. This is my reasoning for these 2 stars.

My car was very dirty. But that's why you go to a carwash, right? They ran it through twice and it still didn't come clean. Not happy.

Said it was open until 8pm, but only the self wash was. Waited 30m while the person in front of us filled buckets with soapy water and proceeded to hand wash his car. When asked if he would pull forward so that we could use the stall as intended refused. No attendant to regulate. Giant waste of time.

I'm a monthly member of the Beary Best package at Brown Bear. While Brown Bear is one of the better options in the Seattle region, it's actually quite abysmal compared to other car washes in the western USA (and yes, I travel all over the western USA and the world). My 2 star rating is for the entire chain and not just Issaquah. First off, the Beary Best is way more than other car wash top tier monthly packages and no free vacuums. Brown Bear is successful in the Seattle area since all car washes are so horrible in this region. If Brown Bear where to open outside of the Seattle area, especially in Eastern Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or California, there is no way they would survive. Will I keep my membership...most likely yes, since Seattle area has no other way to keep your car clean, and Brown Bear knows this that's why they can be so horrible.

Issaquah location, getting the "Berry Best" at a not so berry good price of $18.Not sure what the difference is from the different teirs in the quality since the brushes only go over the car only once, & there's really nothing cleaning the tires? They start the prep by squarting a couple of times the windshield from a mysterious bottle of god knows what? Then they run you through the usual gauntlet of the car wash that just run the mops over the car.But the other option would be to wash it yourself using the self-service, which usually costs you about $30.Midas 3-stars for the basic wash.

I go several times a week and currently hold a Beary Best unlimited monthly membership. A great value! And smells great too!

The staff are super nice here and they don't try to hurry you up when cleaning your car out.

Nice car wash, but every other Brown Bear uses the blue tape on my rear wiper. These guys did not and now I'm missing the wiper blade. Pain in the butt to replace.
