Timothy (VP at this brand) is uncaring and doesn't value long good-standing customers. Wanted to open a trust checking acct to settle a death estate and he questioned if I making fraudulent actions - and I bank with them! He thumbed through valid WA state notarized documents repeatedly and asked repeatedly what we're doing after I noted a few times what I wanted. Even as I was visibly upset with the recent family death, he showed no sincere condolences in his words or actions. Can't believe he's a VP of Chase Bank and hope action is taken vs him. I went to a different bank I have accts with and they were much more sincere. I will be looking forward to closing my accounts.

My first negative review ever. Would say this is the worst chase branch don't go here. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the other one 3 minutes away. Super rude staff.

Banking products are great Services and professionalism is awful. The bank teller was rude and condescending. To give an example when I inquired why is the credit card link to my bank account her response was "I don't know that you have a credit card" ???? Really and my credit card was shown to her along with my ID at her request. She quickly brushed me off and said to contact customer service Is there any mystery shoppers who travel to see how their staff are working and representing the company? I wonder if there is a branch manager who is observing the daily business operations? What a bad reflection!!! and POOR Customer Service! The one star was for the service if there is a negative star I would love that!

I used to have Chase in Issaquah as my primary bank i had pretty large amount of cash in y accounts this was around 2012-2013 the manager at that time was really helpful and good guy. He quit and went to some other bank then some new guy was manger a real dick head dont remember his name, might be gone by now ( all banks have high turn over rate for managers ) = Soe of the people whm worked there stunk like raw cigarette smoke and who knows what else. The place is painted in depressing colors, like a dead persons parlor. So i said screw them and moved my money to the otrher crappy bank across street Wells Fargo, but i only go into them when i need extra cash i $100 bills that there out dated ATM does not provide= But Wells fargo is really screwed up so its just a place to keep by cash- ALL BANKS suck !! They dont pay crap for savings or checking interest, they try to screw you all the time regardless how much money you have on deposit. Now Wells fargo wont give loans unless you are miniorty or freak. No more loand to white folks. Wels fago pays more in fines than what they earn from customers -- Screw them ALL

Yesterday I tried to open an account in four different branches and they definitely do not have the slightest interest in attending and on top of that a couple of tellers with a lousy attitude, zero education and have no customer service and last but not least, I noticed that it is like they are training to treat customers in a bad way so they don't want to ever come back

They would not give me a signature medallion guarantee stamp (I am a Chase customer) or exchange foreign currency as it had a fold in it. Very bad service.

I came to this branch at 4:30pm on 6/6/2022 to open a checking account, they told me that they close in 30 min and can't assist me with it today. They did not have a single customer in the bank. Lazy and don't care attitude.

I had the worst experience at the branch 5/12. They are so self serving to the point where they are unwilling to carry out standard financial services. I came to get a signature guarantee or medallion stamp to prove my identity for TreasuryDirect. A very rude and snooty man comes out to tell me that they can only stamp certain types of documents to avoid risk so it's a no. I then ask if they can exchange foreign currency. The lady tells me no because it has a fold and it will be a black mark against her if she accepts it. Are you serious?! This branch needs a reality check in customer service

Snotty teller! My mother, who has dementia, along with her care giver went to the Gilman Blvd Chase Bank yesterday (1/25/22) to transfer money. My mother has trouble speaking but her care giver was able to explain what she needed. The 50ish, sandy blonde teller was very rude and unhelpful. She was also rude to the next person in line so I know it wasn't just my mother. Thankfully, Justin, a very nice young man was able to help.Rude Teller: If you're not able to provide good customer service to ALL your clients, whether you're having a bad day or not, then you should find another job. Being polite and helpful IS YOUR JOB! Get off your snobby pedestal and join the real world.

Rude and disrespectful branch manager kicked out not only myself but to other customers for not wearing masks and then continue to lie about not being able to serve us due to the law requiring us to wear masks, there is no such law mandates are not legally enforceable and personal politics and agendas should be left at the door when working for or representing a major corporation like this. Her unprofessionalism was so bad I proceeded to tell everyone I know to take their money anywhere but that location. I cannot describe to you how disgusting it is when someone who is essentially working for you taking your money and business precedes to disrespect, lie, and push their own political agenda on to we the people who are patronizing there's location.

Do not go to this bank if you have money you want to move around. They are just terrible since the old bank manager left. They believe everyone who is trying to do bitcoin is a money launderer. I cannot believe that they accused me after I was trying to transfer money into my own coin account. Do not go here. Do not do business here. They are horrible. I thought they were good back then. Now, they are just bad service especially since they have a new lady managing it flagging everything.

I have banked with Chase for many years, and this branch is my go to with any questions since I live only 5 minutes away. Three stars for their ability to take care of simple issues with consistency and friendly customer service. However, it gets rather frustrating with more complicated issues such as trading account. I have traded with Robinhood for years and decided to switch to Chase YouTrade because of all the recent events with Robinhood. The only smooth service I got was opening the account, but there seems to be a great lack of trading knowledge beyond that to support my needs. I got a warning for using unsettled funds in day trading shortly after opening my account. The branch didn't have much of knowledge to help me understanding cash vs margin accounts, nor were they able to help me switching between the two in the system. I was given a few numbers to call, been told the call center is available 24/7, but found out they were not in business hours after going through quite a few steps in the menu. To some of us, we put in a lot of money in trading, and I believe it would be beneficial for each local branch to have more knowledge of it, so the customers can get better support. Checking and Saving account issues are simple and less of a headache, but trading happens fast where the difference of losing or making thousands of dollars happens daily. As much as it is hard to trust Robinhood, their interface and rules were simple to navigate. I enjoy the safety of my Chase trading account, because it is my home bank with the branch close to where I live, but I do wish to get much better support in that area.

Same review as many of the previous reviewers. ZERO stars if I can give it. The branch manager (I found out about this) mansplained my request to a new teller (assuming new because the manager repeated everything I said). They charged for a cashier's check even though I've always gotten the courtesy waive, and they did it incorrectly so no one can help me waive it centrally either. So I'm stuck in a loop, and now I'm going to close all of my accounts.

Zero stars if I could have that as an option. My daughter had her wallet stolen. She called the chase phone number and was given the run around including two dropped calls and poor connections and one department cannot help so transfer to someone else repeatedly.CHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY. Then we go into the physical building to try and report stolen account information and we are told to make an APPOINTMENT.ARE YOU NUtS? NOW IM ASKING TO TALK TO A MANAGER AND TOLD TO WAIT AT LEAST ONE HOUR. AVOID CHASE AT ALL COST.
