Nasty, unfriendly, unhelpful, and a bit hostile. showed up for prescription. Asked when it would be ready, told me in 25 minutes, then found out there was an issue filling it, but didn’t bother to inform me until I went to pick it up. Said I’d have to pay cash, I said that’s fine, didn’t bother telling me how much it was be. Just really awful customer service. Thought maybe she was having a bad day , but my daughter said she switched Pharmacys (goes to Rite Aid now) because they are so much nicer and accommodating.was tired about being treated so poorly at CVS ( This review is only for Issaquah CVS in Target)

If I didn't have to deal with CVS pharmacy, I would not. I am forced to do so because of my insurance. The phone staff at Issaquah are rude and unhelpful. I wish I could go anywhere else than CVS. Go anywhere else if you are not prevented from doing so.

They won't answer their phones and they close way too early. Rite Aid is so much better.

Has a big sign that says "walk-ins welcome for fly and covid vaccines" but then doesn't take walk ins?!?

Hours do not make sense. Can never get the medicine my child needs in time. There are plenty of pharmacies nearby that can provide medicine for urgent need. Definitely not recommend if you shop for medicine (not groceries). Be smart and choose somewhere else nearby!

So RUDE! only thing good happend the Pharmacist on duty is nice.

Ira had 4 prescriptions and I had 2 prescriptions to pick up today. Michelle was the pharmacist that assisted us. She greeted us with a smile and knew us from being there many times previously. She is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. She has helped us many times previously, the last time preparing a COVID shot record for both of us because we didn't get all the information on the email we received for them. We appreciate the great service she gives us. Please pass our thanks onto her and her supervisor. Thank you.

The pharmacy was a bit rude the first day I came in but I expressed that, and since the staff is great!

After being a customer for over years at this CVS in the Target store on Gilman, I finally had to give up all hope that they would learn how to do their jobs in a professional manner.Terrible customer service, rude behavior and a "I could care less about customer service attitude". In one instance I was asked to show my I.D., when I did the technician asked me to smile to compare my driver's license picture. I then said I've been a customer for over 4 years at this pharmacy. I was told by the technician "she didn't care about that". My husband arrived to pick up his prescriptions on another occasion. He was asked which prescriptions he was picking up. Other patrons in line overhead this exchange. This is a hippa violation to have a customer say aloud their prescriptions in a public environment. My husband told the technician that she could read the prescriptions on her terminal. She said he had two i.d.'s under his name. One for a city in Florida he had never visited much less lived in. This was either a software issue or a key stroke error. My husband was meant to feel like the issue was his error or he was at fault. Do not frequent this pharmacy. Not only are they inept, they will not accept any wrong doing on their part. Stay away at all costs for your own good! Unless you enjoy being treated poorly by a staff that is mean spirited, poorly trained, and doesn't care that you are the customer!

Absolute WORST CVS I have ever been to! To transfer a prescription, they made me call the previous CVS myself. The previous store couldn't believe it! CVS locations have computers to easily transfer a prescription. The pharmacist and the tech were not only yelling at customers, they were also yelling at each other. I have never seen anything like it. People in line said it was the norm at this horrible CVS location.

Every time I go there I have ridiculous experience. Staff is not intelligent, takes multiple tries to figure out basic things, they often ask people for their IDs so they can enter their DOB correctly. The Indian lady is rude and often the not capable in getting things done. The service is not even close to the average level, they take lunch breaks in the most heavy time instead of rotating the staff, I came in severe pain and they make me wait 30min

This CVS Pharmacy does not respect the customers. I made an appointment to get a shot. When I arrived, on time, they don't have the medicine that they are scheduled to give me. Did they call me in advance to tell me they dropped the ball, NO! They could not fulfill their commitment, they didn't really seem to concerned. They don't know what Customer Service is. So, now, they want me to drive back to the store for an additional trip. They don't care if they waste your time. We rarely go into the Issaquah CVS store. This lousy service reaffirms the reason we don't shop at CVS at all.

Avoid this pharmacy at all cost!!! Stay away! Agreed with most reviews that the people work here are not intelligent enough, and their attitude and service is just horrible!! I contacted CVS at 10 am when it just opened for transferring a prescription due to my new insurance, I was in so much pain and visited urgent care last night. I stated it very clear it's urgent and would like the pharmacy to help me out. They were so rude and kept telling me it all depends on the speed of the other pharmacy and they are just perfect. I asked how and if I will get a message when my prescription is ready, they just simply told me to call back later to check with an urge to hang up on me quickly. I waited for a few hours and called back, the Indian guy who assisted me earlier told me the pharmacy did not answer the phone and asked me "can you call them to tell them answer their phone"?? At this point I am very sad and disappointed as a sick person who desperately need medication. I was on pain relief for almost a day to just get through the day without actually medicine. Then I called my insurance to ask for another in network pharmacy which is Issaquah Fred Meyer. The person there is very professional and told me right away to call clinic to send prescription directly to them as transfer could take longer, and they listen and understand my concern and told me they will get my medicine asap. I was able to get my medicine within an hour. Please please avoid this place. The third world country experience is just the most horrible thing I experienced.

This place is a sick joke, it is a 3rd world Pharmacy where they don't understand what customer service is and how to empathize. If the pharmacy is overworked they should escalate with CVS corporate and schedule a walk out. Instead they seem to take out their frustration on customers that just want their medication. Don't use this Pharmacy at all costs.
