This is a great place if you can manage to catch them during open hours. Unfortunately, they change their hours often. Twice in the last month I've tried to donate, first following the hours posted on Google. When they were'nt open during those hours I took a photo of their posted hours on their front door which were different to Google. Today, I'm here during those open hours that were posted on their door. But it seems they've changed their hours yet again. Its only been a month. I used to donate more years ago and this was a problem then. Nothing's changed.

For those people trying to donate any goods, you will need to make an appointment. The website said “Donations will also be accepted the 1st & 2nd Saturday each month, no appointment required” but I have been told that I was way outside of their donation hours when I tried to drop some baby stuff on the 2nd Saturday of Dec. Hope they update their website if the information isn’t correct.

EBC supplies most of the charitable orgs on the Eastside that work with children. We feel really good about passing on our gently used children’s clothing and toys to this group.They used to accept donations at drop-off sites at a few storage locations. As of summer 2022, you must make an appt to drop off at their Issaquah location. I hope this changes, as the appts are often at least 2 weeks away.

Amazing place to volunteer at! I have volunteered there before, and the staff is so nice. I love the work they are doing and it really helps out the children in need.

Requires an appointment to drop off your stuff. Value Village gets my stuff as I just want it gone. Not gone two weeks from now.

Went to the Kenmore location. They were very helpful, but they couldn't take my crib mattress. They said their Issaquah location could. I drove to Issaquah. They couldn't take the mattress. I wasted my time and money driving to Issaquah. Boo.
