They are the best if you have a German car. Do not hesitate to bring your car here. They are honest and will document any recommended maintenance, but they are never pushy. I have mostly interacted with Ken and AJ here and they are fantastic!

Great service. Took my 3 year old BMW X3 to Eastside Bavarian.They did the due diligence before I got there and informed me what are the services they will be performing. Listed only the essentials and none of the over the top items that my Dealership was suggesting I do. Always kept me informed throughout the day and replied to my messages on time. The report was very detailed and the work looks clean. Thank you Ken for the warm reception. I am very happy with the service and will be back again for my next one.

Really surprised to see so many 5-star reviews for Eastside Bavarian — my experience was the opposite. The customer service was disappointing, communication was unclear, and the overall experience left me frustrated. I expected better from a shop with that reputation.

Had not the best experience first time but decided to come back for a second time.
Completely disappointed with the service they provide.
Had oil change done and no comments on my car what’s so over. What’s wrong or maybe what’s good, nothing.
Only “payment please”
After I got my car I checked the oil level and it was under half full.
Not recommending this business what’s so ever.

Absolutely amazing service! The phones are always answered promptly, and the team communicates clearly about anything additional that needs to be done to the vehicle. They’re quick, efficient, and always respectful of time. I fully trust them with my BMW and appreciate the attention and care they consistently show my car.
