Does anyone else ever find that when a package appears to be arriving late, FedEx tracking is suddenly not available? Clicked on the tracking number in the email they sent yesterday. No update on the package today. This has happened over and over again. No acknowledgment of late packages either. I don't matter to them because the sender is their customer, not me. What do you call a company that regularly makes promises they don't keep? FedEx.

So disappointed with FedEx!!! I wish I could rate my disappointment! I had a package for overnight delivery to LA, for my daughter. Paid $215 ... yes next day the tracking showed delivered but what a lie!!... my daughter did not receive it. She was home all day. Really don't know whom or where they delivered it to. On approaching them, ( after finally answering my call!) they said that they would investigate and find out! It's one month today as I had sent it on 11/7 and it's 12/6 today!... Very disappointed that they have not called or written back nor informed us on the status till date! I lost the $215 plus the contents sent in the box which were valuable. Horrible is not the word! May be take it to the media so that more people don't get fooled and cheated like this! Amazing how they have no clue to track on such lost packages! Clearly very inefficient! This is a fraud service for sure! If you are in the business, you need to have a process in place too! Fraud service!!!

Fedex is as bad as USPS these days. 2 day takes 10 days if they show up at all. You can't contact them and when you do, they are as useless as all the bots they make you go the to reach a human.

FedEx continually leaves my packages in the street behind my house instead bringing them to my front door which has a covered entry. I have set up my online preferences, I have called and been assured it won’t happen again, and I have a sign on my back garage. Still they throw my packages in the ally every time to get hit by cars, rained on, and stollen. FedEx is the only delivery service that does this.

A few months ago I ordered some wine online. I was at home, ready to sign for it, when I received a notice from FedEx stating the package had been delivered. I went to the door but it wasn't there. The driver had left it in some concierge lockers, which are accessible to my underage son. I immediately called FedEx to file a complaint. The customer support representative said they had a signature on file for the delivery. I asked for proof but they said they couldn't give me that. So I called the wine store and explained what had happened. When they pursued it with FedEx they said there was no signature on file for the delivery. So, last week I decided to order again. I planned yo be at home for the delivery but work asked me to come in for an hour so I was out for a total of 1.5 hours. Of course, that's when I get the notification that the package was delivered and signed for. So, my first stop was the lockers. Not there. I head home and there is the box. Outside my door. No 9ne signed for it. FedEx just doesn't care. At least not until some teen gets their hands on a box and hurts himself or others

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I was told by FedEx I could come pick up my package here today. I left work early and drove out to Issaquah to pick the package up, and when I got here, they said they weren't able to give it to me. I paid for overnight shipping because this package contains live animals. It's been three days, and they are sitting in a box in a box in this facility

Horrible customer service. The clerk at the counter treats customers with a condescending attitude. Her name is April. She was extremely and unnecessarily rude. It's almost as if she hates her customers and wants them to go away. Very unprofessional.

Grandma with glasses hates her job expect to get a dull customer service experience ... very shortduring conversation told me my package was out for delivery when it was sitting in the back smh ... make sure u can catch your package avoid this place at all cost

If I could give zero stars I would. I literally just walked out of there after feeling humiliated by the person behind the desk. Who rolled her eyes at me when I asked for tape and was so incredibly rude I picked up my box and walked out. I literally cannot believe you would allow someone like this to work for you. Headed to UPS.

This place is a trip, like something out of the Twilight Zone. The place is poorly stocked, one of the clerks moves at the pace of a lost turtle, and the only service that is available is contempt. I walked in and there was one person in front of me and one at the counter. After 15 minutes the person at the counter who was mailing something simple was done, I ask for a box which should be stocked, but they are not keeping their cases stocked, and was told to wait. While I wait another 10 minutes for the clerk to check out the person in front of me seven more people stack up behind me. I get to the counter 25 minutes after walking in only to have the turtle clerk tell me I needed to go to the back of the line and package the contents by flopping two self-sticking tabs down. Then I get the contemptuous clerk who check me out at a brisk pace. This place is really weird.

fed x bread & butter is overnight delivery. paid the seriously expensive $$ overnight delivery fee and no driver came to my door! said attempt was made at 10:03 this morning. not! i was here! no door bell ring! no door tag, nothing. i called a manager ....who basically said...too bad so sad...maybe you will get it tomorrow! not if i have the same driver that never attempted to deliver it today! since he never left his truck to deliver any package!!! tomorrow?! really? i paid for overnight because i needed it overnight! tomorrow is a holiday! then it is the weekend! i needed what was inside that overnight package today! not next week! and when they don't do the right thing and deliver the overnight package you get no refund! you still pay even if they screw up! ups from now on!
