I visited this FedEx location to mail a visa application. As required by the consulate, I needed to include a return envelope with a shipping label for my passport. Given the importance of the documents, I chose to drive to this office in person, expecting basic guidance or support. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish.
1. lack of professionalism and expertise – Neither the staffs nor the manager could clearly explain how to create a return label. In fact, their given instructions directly contradicted each other. It's surprising that even the manager lacked knowledge of such a basic process.
2. misleading information – Rather than admitting uncertainty from the very beginning, the manager misled me into creating a regular shipping label. When a warning about label validity appeared, she simply said she didn’t know and told me to call FedEx—after I had already spent hours following her incorrect steps.
3. poor customer service – Workstation users were treated like second-class customers. I had to wait in line four separate times just to ask simple questions when following the manager's misleading instruction. Despite clearly seeing I needed help, the staffs ignored me unless I was at the counter. When the manager reluctantly followed me to assist, she rushed through it with a cold, dismissive attitude, never responding to my repeated thanks and apologies. When I voiced my frustration after hours of trying, begging for help and waiting for lines back and forth —while pregnant—she snapped: “You are angry, please leave. I don’t know the answer and have other customers waiting.”
Later, my husband visited a different FedEx location and was helped in with ONLY 5 minutes with clear and helpful instructions.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope FedEx re-evaluates the training and professionalism of staff at this location.

Best experience with Paige. I came in with a lot of varying size, varying paper type print needs and she made it SUPER easy - and took care of it right on the spot. Definitely bringing my print jobs here in the future.

I visited the FedEx on Gilman not once but twice today for print orders, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to complete my jobs promptly. This is not the first time I've experienced this level of service; it’s just the first time I've written a review. As a small business owner, I appreciate having them in my neighborhood. I'll definitely be back!

We have consistently had a very positive experience with this location with various services ranging from printing to mailing. Most recently, my wife had a last minute ask to print some non-standard size pages. Paige and Sean were extremely helpful and accommodating and provided great service! Keep up the great work and thank you!

I went in to get passport photos taken for my Canadian passport renewal application. The passport requirements stated that the photos need to be signed by the photographer on the back, however the FedEx employee said they are not allowed to sign them and instead gave me the manager's business card to include in the application.
The application was denied by the Canadian government as the photos were not signed. I went back into this location and mentioned this, and they signed the photos this time stating that this was the first time they have seen an application rejected. They charged me ~$70 again, the full price of sending in a new shipment. I believe I should be reimbursed for this shipment after sending in the original for ~$70, but they refused to do so.

User unfriendly systems and useless staff. Went just to print some docs. Not only is there just one usable system, it won’t let you add cash to it. I started with $5 and needed a bit more for all my prints, but couldn’t add more money to it. Had to wait until the browsing time for the $5 and then pay $10 since I didn’t know precisely how much wouldd be needed for my prints. Would have been better off at the public library with the long queues and broken printers. Wasted time and money

This is a very long overdue thank you for the remarkable contributions from all the staffers at the Federal Express Office on 775 NW Gilman Blvd, Issaquah.
Nancy, Paige, Samson, Sean and all other employees who help assist from day to day are the most caring supportive employees. I can never thank you enough for your support, compassion, kindness and professionalism; plus, taking great care of getting my packages delivered in the system and on their way to its proper destinations. You deserve recognition and countless stars off the Google chart. Again, thank you ALL for your supportive actions and diligence to ensure excellence~ as this location never, ever disappoint the community.

I shipped a package out and paid for overnight guaranteed by 5PM delivery the next day. Not only did they hold the package at this facility for over 24 hours for no reason but when I asked why this was the case, they refused to take responsibility for their error and insisted that I pay an additional charge to have the package returned to me. If you want to guarantee that your packages are shipped and arrive on time by the day and time that you paid for, DO NOT use this business

So I went to print a few pages of paper, they said ok we can print the label just go to that little touchscreen kiosk over there and do a little emailing to get your documents printed, so I fiddle with the thing for 20 mins finally getting one document pulled up to print till it hits me that I have to go through this stupid process for ever sheet of paper and on top of that for 6 paper it’s gonna be like $20, so I freaking gave up, once again having the epiphany that most of being in society is just losing time running pointless errands to extend our meaning less, monotonous grey lives, and drove 10 minutes to the library where it was 10x cheaper and easier to print my documents
Short review: my FedEx experience was so bad it made me want to end it all
