Staff is always awesome. Love the fact they are open later than the local stores. No printing is available at the ship center but if you are just shipping they are great.
Mary was very helpful and informative about various shipping options.

Was waiting for a small package, and update said it arrived at FedEx Issaqua location, and was waiting for next day status to change to Out for delivery, instead i see it got atuck at Issaqua location with status unable to deliver, package scheduled to return to shipper.
With no explanation at all, zero customer service.

Awful service from the fedex company as a whole. Offers services and then doesn't follow through. Didn't follow through on door tag updates and when called about their lack of service. Their answer was that I need to drive 45 min to their distribution center to rectify their lack of service. Will never use fedex as a personal shipper/ receiver if i ever have the choice. Absolute failure to do the basic job.

Today we come to try make a few copy, when we come inside it’s no one stay there we try call someone about 5 minutes, and o yes old women go to us SO AGGRESSIVE! She be so rude! FIRST QUESTION FROM SHE ITS “WHY U TWO HERE?” with mach aggressive behavior!

I’ve been waiting for almost 5 days to receive an important document. FedEx keeps rescheduling it, and there’s no response when we call their customer care center.

This FedEx Express facility was fantastic. I had a FedEx ground shipment that I rerouted to this facility and it took a week to get there. FedEx ground was terrible.

Quick in and out. Love the printing and coping service . Help available if needed. The machines are very efficient and the user interface is very intuitive. Ample parking.
They stopped doing notary services. Need to get it somewhere else.

Excellent service. Mary is just the best! She’s normally a carrier but she was working at the counter when we came to pick up very precious package. She was professional, warm and made us laugh. Thank you for turning what could have been an anxious moment into a wonderful interaction. P.S. for those picking up items who had negative experiences, that’s on you. We read the instructions before shipping and selected to put the parcel ON HOLD AT LOCATION and brought ID. That makes it easier to pick up.

Mary was a delight and has top notch customer service! I missed the Fedex truck today by 10 minutes at home and decided to pick up my items here rather than wait another day (door tag lets you know if this is an option for you) and I was greeted by Mary who is extremely friendly and warm! She helped me quickly and was wonderful to chat with during the pickup process. Great location and even at 5:30pm it was not busy - just me and 2 others coming in and out for pickups.
Great job Mary on creating a welcoming environment!
