The worst location I ever had.FedEx states they attempted to deliver my package 3 times but I never received it and no one contact me! Now my package is returned to shipper.

Had a package shipped to this ship center to hold for pickup and every time there is no one to accept packages. The Fedex delivery guy had to leave and take back the package with him causing a delay and now my package is being returned to the sender. How is it that no one in this place is available to receive packages from their delivery service? Do not use this place as a hold to pick up choice! They will cause more problems than anything.

The FedEx employees at this location provide incredibly kind, professional, efficient, and joyful service. For the last several years, they have expedited the shipping process for mailing all our holiday gifts throughout the year to our sweet 4 and 6-year-old granddaughters, “Baby Bear” & “Twinkle Star”. These wonderful people have frequently welcomed us, referring to my husband and I as “The Grandparent Holiday Express”. They have also happily assisted “Santa, Cupid, The Easter Bunny, The Great Pumpkin, and The Tooth Fairy,” as well as, added extra joy to other special occasions, such as Birthdays and the first day of Kindergarten. As devoted grandparents, who just want to share in the joy of these few, precious years of childhood bliss and imagination, we are beyond grateful to them for making this joy possible! :)FedEx employees do their best to ensure Holiday joy for all of us, whatever we celebrate, and we’re all so fortunate to have them! Worst service! One particular driver out of this location habitually does not deliver my packages forcing me to drive 25 minutes to pick up at least six packages since September. I’ve made multiple complaints and nothing has been done to rectify. I have literally sat outside awaiting this driver who never showed up, and yet I received notification saying “package was undeliverable”. I’ve had my apartment reps wait for him at the door so that he cannot state that he was unable to get into the door, only for them to say he never showed up (despite receiving another notification that an attempt was made). What’s worse, the door codes the driver claims do not work, actually do work as I tested them on the day of this post. I am actively trying my best to avoid FedEx delivery services. I have no confidence that this issue will be resolved by the driver or management of this location as it seems that management believes this driver’s falsities. I am beyond frustrated!

Super supportive staff. I had a FedEx package (for my daughter) which was targeted to be delivered to our home on Monday following week(July 31st) , but I needed it on Sat (July 29th) as we were traveling and the package had some important documents needed for travel.I called Fed customer care a day before (Friday) and they suggested I collect the package from this location as it will reach there by Friday night. But they forgot to inform the same to this center. So, the package was still in the big shipping containers and not sorted when I went there to get it Sat morning. But the staff and manager here understood my predicament and called extra help (on sat morning, a weekend) to help retrieve (sort) the package from those big shipping containers. I had the package (with travel documents) with me just 4 hrs before the flight and it was life(trip) saver. Really Kind staff and the manager !

Anytime I purchase something and it ships through FedEx Issaquah, EVERY single time it gets delayed. I paid for priority overnight shipping which isn't cheap, it got into the Renton facility a day early, and now my package has been sitting delayed in the Issaquah location. Every time it hits Issaquah, it becomes delayed. I understand if there's staffing problems however, if that's the case, it can easily be delivered from another warehouse or have it. I haven't had this issue with UPS, so if you need an urgent delivery, I'd recommend them. This is the last time I'll be using FedEx. USPS even gets my packages quicker than FedEx.

Totally agree with other reviewers, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wife went there to ship something; at first nobody even came out to talk to her until 10 minutes later. She was waiting in that empty room all by herself for that long period, all she felt was creepy and wondering if she went to a wrong place. When a Fedex staff finally came out and my wife asked about which packaging boxes she should use, that staff became very impatient; she pointed to the packages and yelled to my wife "can't you see them?", and then she left. My wife had to wait again, eventually another staff came out and he helped my wife completed the shipping, also with a cold face. I was shocked when my wife told me about her experience; I'd never expect any store would treat their customer like that. We'll never go to this store again.

Does anyone else ever find that when a package appears to be arriving late, FedEx tracking is suddenly not available? Clicked on the tracking number in the email they sent yesterday. No update on the package today. This has happened over and over again. No acknowledgment of late packages either. I don't matter to them because the sender is their customer, not me. What do you call a company that regularly makes promises they don't keep? FedEx.

Don’t go to this fedex. Terrible customer service. They refuse to print anything, refuse to even give you a piece of scotch tape for free and the employees are rude.

Drivers from this location are re*****d. They never deliver packages to my apartment. None of the people receive fedex packages. They stick notes saying that they made a delivery attempt on the building entrance. I wfh and this is a joke. I never had issuss with ups or usps

Worst delivery service. The concierge was really rude and ridiculous. They are trying their best to be a naysayer instead of answering your questions. I will never use FedEx again and I recommend you avoid here as well.

I missed the first delivery attempt, fine whatever, I sign the door note and wait for the second delivery attempt which never comes. A few days later I get a message from the sender saying that FedEx is going to return my package if I don't pick it up myself. I have lived here for 4 years and only once have I received a package from FedEx without issues. Just use USPS.
