Service desk person was friendly and supportive. Told me options in terms of replacement tires. One small detail impressed me. I had driven in with an emergency spare for a blown tire. As part of replacing tire they put the spare back into its well in the rear of the vehicle and put all the associated jacking parts back into their holders. Made it appear it had never been pulled. Attention to detail like that is always impressive.

I had my vehicle towed there 8 days ago for not starting. I had $4k of work done on this vehicle last year, on top of thousands of dollars in repairs over the years. I'm a loyal customer of firestone. When I called to let them know it was coming and what was wrong with it, the person on the phone (Mark?) said they'd have an answer for me by that evening. No problem. I also explained that I believed the issue to be the battery, which was under warranty, so I wanted that replaced either way.
No call over the course of the day, so I called to check in around 6pm, knowing I was told I'd hear back between 5-6pm. That's when the store told me they hadn't looked at it but their diagnostic technician wouldn't be in til the weekend. How the shop doesn't schedule better, I don't know. I was frustrated but I had no other option but to leave it there til the weekend.
Flash forward to Saturday, I received a call saying it wouldn't start. No kidding. That's my complaint. I call back and I ask if they replaced the battery. They did not. I, again, told them that if it's not starting and the battery is failing, it needs to be replaced either way. I also agreed to a diagnostic of the vehicle if the battery didn't solve the problem. I did not receive another phone call from this location.
Now we're at Monday, still no word. I call multiple times to the store, and it rings around 10x each time and hangs up on me. I called at least a dozen times over the course of three hours. No answer, no call from the shop.
I decided to call customer service, and after being on hold for 17 minutes, the rep comes back and says she can escalate this to an area manager but I may not hear back for 2 days. I let her know that I'd prefer to hear sooner, and to please put that in notes.
Now it's Thursday and my car still hasn't been touched, I haven't received a single word from the shop or the area manager. Because of this location's inability to follow your own promise of being on time and fixed right the first time, I've missed work, I've spent literally hundreds of dollars in uber rides because you're holding my car hostage, and I'm just beyond frustrated.
I worked for firestone for years, and I'd never treat a customer like that. Never. What I've received is the lowest level of professionalism and courtesy that I've ever received from an auto shop. At this point, I want my car fixed and I deserve a no-charge rental car while they work on it. Since the area manager clearly has no interest in doing the right thing by a loyal firestone customer, I expect to hear from someone higher than them. Today.

They wouldn't patch my tire because I used fix a flat. They told me it HAS TO BE replaced. If someone didn't know better they'd spend way more money than needed at a place like this. You can clean out fix a flat and patch a tire, these guys just don't want to. Corporate policy or local laziness, it's a bad choice.

They lure you in with deals, call to give you a bid for work, then tack on shop fees that they did not disclose. When I asked about the fee, the cashier pointed to some fine print on the wall that apparently it was my job to read because it was too much to ask that they provide honest pricing right up front. Funny, on the next wall is a quote from Harvey Firestone that says, "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business."
How hard would it have been for them to be honest when they provided me a quote? I bet Harvey is rolling in his grave....

Their online system has been broken for years and they refuse to fix it ... don't bother to make an appointment because it wont happen. I made an appointment to get my oil and spark plugs changed. They moved my appointment 3 weeks out without notice. Better off going somewhere else to avoid frustration.

Can’t really say how thankful we were to be able to get into the shop this morning. Sean and his staff managed to fit our tire replacement in this morning on a pretty busy Sunday morning. We experienced a tire blowout in the middle of the night and had to be towed to the nearest shop. Spent the night in the parking lot and were greeted why the friendly staff when they opened at 9 am. They got our vehicle back on the road within 2 hours of opening and Sean gave us a great breakfast recommendation at the issaquah cafe while we waited for the tire replacement. Thanks Sean and team.

I came to this Firestone after my tire blew on I90 while I was three hours away from home. They were closing in 30 minutes but still helped me, even when they noticed I would need to replace 2 tires because of an alignment issue ! The younger front desk guy (Dan, maybe?) was kind and patient with me as I cried about being overcharged for the tow by Roadside Asisstance. I left with two new tires and an alignment and was able to make it home in time to feed my cat!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Best tire service I’ve ever had.

My care is over 5 years old and requires very specific "smart tires" - which they had to get from another location as there are definite supply chain issues for this sort of thing. Because I was on a very short time frame for getting my car back, they made it a priority the next day to get the work done first thing. The tech person came out to my care with me and made sure that everything was complete and he noticed that the polish on the rims wasn't cleaned off enough, so he went back and got what he needed to finish the job. Everyone was very polite and very thorough to make sure I was satisfied. The tires are also great!

Daniel and Sean came to my rescue as a tire went flat on my way to a family party. They were absolutely awesome; like an Indy 500 pit crew. . . I was in/out in just over an hour with four new tires. I did a yelp and Facebook review - applauding the Issaquah franchise.
