I have been getting prescriptions here for 20+ years. I have literally never had a problem or a mix up. I live further now as of several years ago, but I still go here for prescriptions because I trust them. They have always served me well and go over new medications with me.

pharmacist decided to call my daughter by a different name and when I explained that the name was wrong (you know, because it's definitely Imp to have the correct inf on the script) she rolled her eyes and brushed me off and said "I didn't want to say the whole thing"...im still trying to process how absurd and unprofessional that is.

Every time I call in for my refill to be filled they give me a time to pick it up. Once that time comes I give it an extra 30 to 40 minutes to make sure its ready. I drive all the way there and it's still not ready for pick up then they look at me like I'm the problem. Get real! I have to sit there wait another 30m to 1h I called yesterday morning to ask them to put in the system for my medication to be refilled at early he said 10:30 . I just called they said 1:30 now. So I went out my way to call ahead of time just so I have to wait all day when I have other things to do in other places to be. I don't want to drive in circles. While packing three kids around. They have really bad attitudes and there's no team work. The Authority will sit and let their people sink at the front desk and won't help. Garbage!

Took a PX from my veterinerian to Beaverton Fred Meyers pharmacy, for 0.10 MG levothyroxine tablets, 180 Ct. They were happy to fill this perscription for $73.00+... I withdrew my order and called Chewy.com to compare prices. Chewy.com is filling my order for the same exact perscription content for $13.95 . Disappointing that I can't trust our local Fred Meyers store to have customers in their best interests! Is this because they were bought by Krogers?

As your website refuses to allow me to submit my comment it now becomes public. Dec 10 my wife and I tried to do our bi weekly shopping at your store as we have made a habit. Upon entering the store we were accosted by 8 people, adults and children. Asking if we wanted to donate to their "charity" all the while each ringing their bell nonstop. Many had name tags denoting the church they attended. As I had no intention on supporting cruelty I dismissed them and went about my shopping. Unfortunately the cacophony of ringing bells can be heard from every part of the store creating a sensory overload. I personally saw a mother have to remove her adult daughter from the store due to the bells. The obvious and fair answer would be to limit these charlatans to one person per door with a single bell each. I realize that doing away with them all together is political suicide but please consider the damage they do to our community. Please read the list of atrocities below and review the sources. These people are not helping the community, they are praying on kindness. 1986 - the Salvation Army tried to block legislation in New Zealand that decriminalized sex between gay men. (It ended up passing though.) 1988 - supported legislation in the UK to prevent "discussions of acceptance of homosexuality in schools and colleges". 1998 - refused to comply with San Francisco's domestic partners law. Instead they scaled back on three programs for senior citizens and the homeless so they wouldn't have to accept city money. 2000 - the Salvation Army of Scotland submitted a letter to Parliament opposing the repeal of section 28, which was a law prohibiting "the teaching in any maintained school of the acceptability of homosexuality" 2001 - actively lobbied the White House to deny federal grants to states that had non-discrimination laws for LGBTQ+ people. 2001 - denied shelter to a Muslim family because they wouldn't participate in Christian bible study. 2002 - provided financial support to the New Apostolic Reformation in Uganda, a group that campaigns internationally to have homosexuality made punishable by death. 2003 - the Salvation Army of New York fired Jewish, Muslim, and Hindu employees who wouldn't sign a statement saying they'd uphold the organization's conservative Christian beliefs, including "faith in Jesus Christ" and the "Scripture of the New Testament". 2004 - after New York City passed a municipal ordinance stating employers had to provide spousal benefits to LBGTQ+ couples, the Salvation army threatened to close all of their soup kitchens and leave the city. 2004 - 18 current and former employees sue the Salvation Army in federal court for forcing them to sign forms revealing the churches they had attended over the past decade, name their ministers, and agree to uphold the SA's mission to "preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ". Many allege they were harassed to the point of quitting. 2006 - the Salvation Army pays Paul Cermak a settlement of $15 million after he claims he was abused by his SA swim coach as a kid. 2009 - trans woman Jennifer Gale is refused shelter unless she agrees to be housed with cisgender men. She later froze to death on a sidewalk outside the shelter. 2010 - had to be stopped by court order in New York for engaging in illegal proselytization of children in their government-funded foster care program. 2011 - Bil Browning gives an interview to the New York Times about trying to get shelter at a Salvation Army with his boyfriend in the early 90's . They were refused shelter unless they broke up and did not acknowledge each other while staying at the shelter. 2012 - invited Dinesh D'Souza to speak at their annual meeting and fundraiser in the US. Dinesh is a proponent of homophobia and misogyny who believes that 9/11 was caused by "images of homosexuals kissing". 2012 - fired case worker Danielle Morantez in Vermont after learning that she was bisexual. 2012 - Salvation

This rating is specifically for the pharmacy technicians after waiting on the phone to talk to them about a prescription for over 8 minutes and the phone reringing them 3 times. I finally interrupted her to say that I was put on hold 3 times, they still wouldn’t answer a simple question. “To busy” Not helpful at all.

This is a great pharmacy! Everyone is so helpful and nice. They have automatic texting available for when your medication is ready.

I have been filling my prescription here for almost 2 years and it has been one horrific encounter after another. They fail to answer my question correctly when I ask if my doctor has called in my prescription to be filled over the weekend. If they say no I can call the doctor during office hours. So I call. Dr is super confused. Saying "I called it in, it's confirmed right here". Ok. Next issue. U call and ask did Dr call it in? They say "yes, I can fill it tomorrow "(referring to Saturday). I ask on Saturday for them to fill it. They say "ok, it will be ready soon. We are very busy so it might take some extra time". They didn't fill it so I come in to find out what at is going on. They don't have my medication in stocks. They know I need it since I have been getting it monthly for 2 years, same meds, sane dose, same day. They ghosted me from the moment they knew until I walked in the door. Then they told me I should have called, which I did. It must be a new prescription. It's not. That I am lying to them about calling. Which I'm not and will happily show my records of calling every month to ensure a smooth refil. I call like that because if I don't take my meds on time IT COULD KILL ME. But the pharmacist insists it is my fault.

Terrible pharmacy. They will do something and even though your script is ready they’ll ask you to wait “a minute or two”. They do not litter you know your order is ready. They will let you sit and wait for your order until you get fed up and go ask how much longer. They then get rude when you mention you’re frustrated and tell you to go complain. Convenience isn’t worth this terrible customer service.

Been going for years. They have hired new people and the attitude is horrible! There are maybe three to four great employees still. Your lucky if you get them if not then it's rude. They had employees well dressed with great spirit. Now it's like employees color there hair roll out of bed throw clothes on or dirty clothes on.The same with there mean rude and customers are a bother attitude. Gone down hill for greenacres wa.

The staff, especially the ones answering the phones, are incredibly rude and unhelpful. The woman I just spoke with was acting like I was an idiot for asking a question about my prescription. She was actually so mean she made me cry! Also they never seem to have my prescriptions ready when I need them so I'm constantly running out of pills. Horrible pharmacy and extremely disrespectful staff. So happy to be switching soon. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but the woman I was on the phone with treated me like an imbecile and had such a snotty tone in her voice that I wanted to warn others. These people are horrible at customer service!!!!

I am at the Fred Meyer Pharmacy on 240th in Kent, WA. This is my second trip to this pharm. I hope I never need to come back! My Dr. called in a prescription at 1pm. I came to the store at 3:20pm. The person told me that I didn't have a refill. I told her that my Dr called in a new prescription at 1pm. She said that they did not see the prescription. Then she said it might be on VOICEMAIL. Really? She said I would get a text when they found it. She said there were a lot of them.? REALLY. She was so rude. I told her I would wait. She said it would take a while. While I stood there for 30 seconds, the pharmasist said she found it on the VM. Obviously they don't check their VM very often. Then the person said I would have to wait for a text to pick up my med. Ceflex. About 30 minutes? Really?? 30 minutes for 15 pills? It takes that long when they had over 2 hours to fill it? She said they had many customers. There was nobody in line. And no one came in while I waited. They had 5 employees and nobody to check the voicemail? I am a Kaiser member. Never have I had any problem like this in 15 years. Especially the rude employees. Get new employees FM.
