Very large, well stocked. Certainly a better, larger, and cleaner store than the Fred Meyer in Redmond. Usually carries things that the Fred Meyer in Redmond doesn't because the Fred Meyer in Redmond is small and gross and stuff. Produce is ok and cheaper than its sister QFC stores.

This is the absolute worst Fred Meyer when it comes to customer service. And I would know considering my whole family has been working for the Kroger company for many years. I too was employed at Fred Meyer years ago. My mother is assistant manager of a store also.
The last two times I have dealt with the Associates working the customer service desk has been absolutely TERRIBLE! So rude and so unhelpful. I live at the top of the pass. So its a 40 min drive for me. I had somethings left over from my son's graduation party that didn't get used. Money has been tight as of lately. So I drove all the way down the hill. When I got to the store I had realized that the biggest thing I needed to return it was worth the most money I had accidentally left at home. So I went into the store I did the return for the few little things I did have. I talked to Corbin the supervisor that was was working the customer service desk. I told him that I had left the big item at home and that I may or may not be back tonight because of how long the drive is. When I got home and talked to my husband, we decided that we really needed the money for a bill. So I called and asked Corbin who answered the phone what time the store closed he told me 11pm. So i jumped in the car and drove 40 minutes back down the hill. I walked in the door at 10:35. The girl working the desk (she had glasses and shoulder length curly hair, kinda plain jane) was absolutely so rude. she told me she would not do the return because the customer service desk just closed right before i walked up. I then began to plead and beg with her.I told her the whole story on how I drove and I talked to Corbin and he knew I was possibly coming back and I had called ahead of time .............she did not care at all! she was absolutely so rude. not compassionate at all. she could have easily easily did the return it would not have been any extra work for her but she was a complete snot. she then walked to Corbin and told him the situation you would have thought she was a supervisor because he was actually thinking about doing it for a second and she completely overpowered him and made him second-guess himself the girl should not be working in customer service. Fred Meyer needs to either put her through a customer service class or put her on the back end of the store and as far as Corbin goes maybe he should not be supervisor if he can't take control of his employees and make the decisions not let them make the decisions I will be calling corporate on this

the customer service is horrible, this employee was eating a banana, when i asked a question he kept on replying with “i don’t know” “i don’t know” like if you’re gonna work like that then let me work like that too so then i can get free money. it was on mother’s day as-well??? like what the heck. it made me have a very bad feeling on mother’s day. - 5/12/2024 10:00 am
