This review is for truck drivers. If you are delivering to this store DO NOT come to deliver less than 45 minutes before 1:45am. The bread guy delivers at that time and will kick you out of the door so that he can deliver regardless of how much you have left to do, and the people in the warehouse capitulate to his narcissism.

Good selection but prices rose higher than necessary. Good hours. Customer service is usually great but one experience was extremely unpleasant. That person was just not meant to o be in customer service. I'm a regular shopper at several Freddie's.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The worst Fred Meyer I have ever frequented, constantly selling expired products. Any time I have attempted to do a store pickup through their app, they give expired items, products with mold or fungus, and rotting produce. Every single time. Complaining to the management has zero impact. Just because they’re charging a few cents less than other local retailers, they think it’s okay to sell subpar products. I have mostly switched over to other local grocery stores but placed another order again today because of items that were out at the other place. I was given rotting produce again, slimy cucumber and spoiled, mushy tomatoes. I briefly glanced in the bags at pick up and it looked okay but when I got home and opened everything, I saw they just hid it on the bottom. Absolutely unacceptable and deplorable behavior. Oh and don’t bother calling their customer service. They transfer it to the pharmacy and nobody is around. I have tried calling many times and the calls keep rolling to the pharmacy voicemail. And when I got fed up and drove to the store, nobody was at customer service. Agreed with other reviews, they only keep 1 or 2 checkout lanes open and it’s all self service. Since COVID, they realized they can get away with having people bag their own groceries and now they refuse to hire a full staff. Go anywhere but this store.

Always love this store no matter where the location is. Vegea are fresh, I wish they expand their organic section. The sale prices on soft drinks is unbeatable. Great place to do a one stop shopping.

The original one stop shopping in the NW. Great selection of food, clothing, and household items even if you are just getting ideas.

1) Dan Wyatt: Groceries. Nearly 15 years of keeping the largest grocery section in an Issaquah store in perfect order, even thru pandemic scarcities, whilst assisting customers locate specialty items makes Mr Wyatt irreplaceable. Multi customers can only wonder how a promo for this exceedingly professional & competent individual would enhance the Fred Meyer Brand.2) Jim Perry: Deli Meats. The long lines are not due to slowness as Jim is the faster locator of requested items. Freshness, texture & color concerns he accesses so expertly there is no need to self taste. Usually increase my order after his suggestions.
