I've been a customer at this location for a while and it sucks to say that the level of care to one's hair has dropped significantly. Recent cuts have been dreadful and from the looks of it they'll continue to stay the same since some of stylists don't seem to care enough.

I have been going to Great Clips for the last few years but this has been my worst experience so far. I’m very disappointed. not just with the haircut, but also with the stylist’s rude and arrogant behavior. Anita (the hairstylist) kept questioning why I didn’t brush my hair before coming and repeatedly commented that I have a weak scalp. She didn’t even bother to remove the cut hair around my neck afterward. She completely ruined my hair. Honestly, she doesn’t even deserve one star

I’m a regular customer, and the person who usually cuts my hair has always been wonderful.
However, the stylist who cut my hair today (June 12) was unfriendly and lacked skill.
It wasn’t worth the money I paid.
It’s disappointing to receive such different levels of service at the same salon.

I took my kids there specifically for a proper haircut, but she was just shaved their long hair with clippers without any proper styling or care. I feel like I wasted both my money and my time. I could have done the same thing at home with my eyes closed. There was absolutely no reason to go there.
This is actually the second time I’ve had such a disappointing experience there. Extremely dissatisfied.

This is hands down the best Great Clips location! I’ve been getting my haircut by Lee for 8 years now, she’s always thorough and does an amazing job each and every time. The staff is always welcoming and super friendly too! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality haircut at unbeatable prices! 10 out of 10!

Horrible experience. I specifically asked stylist not to shorten the hairs and how she should style the back and side hairs for my kid. Either she totally ignored my instructions or she had no idea what she was doing. Stylist had a rude behavior, I don’t know how great clips is still surviving this area. I will never ever go again.

My child was gone with his mother, my child's hair was ruined and cut short. These are not professionals. They tell him ten times in their work and in the end they do whatever they want, not what you order.

I literally ordered a skin fade and all I got was this. I don't think it's fair. I showed a picture of myself from a while ago with the type of cut I wanted and I got this. They're not asking me to get a celebrity haircut or anything. I just wanted to be me and they couldn't even do that.😴😴

Great men's haircuts for reasonable prices. Super friendly staff. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, as well as wait times. But sign-in to their app and put yourself on the wait list and it ends up being not that bad.
Stylist: Always end up with friendly stylists who are kind and skilled.

I've gone here a handful of times and almost every time I'm not listened to and about 30% of the time it's an AWFUL haircut. I wanted just a simple short mens haircut. That's clean lines around the neck and ears but no, I was way over shaved making it look like I was prepped for surgery with way too much hair removed. I said I wanted to keep the length on top but they still removed an inch or more too. I asked to change from my previous cut but it seems all the barber listened to was a number on my file. I didn't feel listened to or personalized, and it was a plainly ugly and bad haircut. I feel like I need to go elsewhere to fix this now. For over $30 for a basic mens haircut that's less than a half hour, I can't say this is ever worth it. I've had barbers here I like, but it's not worth the risk now.
