I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Harborstone Credit Union. Despite numerous attempts to resolve my issue, l've been met with unhelpful and unresponsive staff. The lack of transparency and communication has been appalling. I'm regretful that l ever chose to do business with this bank and would not recommend it to anyone. 1/5 stars.

You are not a number here you are a person. I absolutely love banking here and at the center of all of this is Devon. She's a caring and amazing individual leading a team that is a reflection of her custom first approach to banking. So refreshing. If your looking for a bank that shows you they care in every interaction look no further. This is the place.

Not many locations. When I needed to do a wire transfer for a home purchase - I went to the closest location. Got turned away at the door by a person who said their internet was down. 30 minutes later I arrive at the next closest location. Found out there, the other branch I was at went back on line maybe 5 minutes after I left. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.Phone access almost impossible, you can sit on hold for 30 minutes on a good day. Online chat has never worked for my PC, their techs unable to provide a solution. Cell phone access used to be easy but now it wants to also do the "double check" and once you answer the text properly, it directs you to go back to the site - which is stuck on the verification page - so you log back in and get the same thing all over again! another verification request.I'm really disgusted at all these businesses making it impossibe to access your account online without a smart phone. Just don't lose your phone or you won't be able to access your account, unless you walk into the branch - something which seems to be discouraged. You go in and the bank rep tells you "You could have done your transaction online". . I've banked here several years, but this is my last. Alaska Fed beat the interest rate Harborstone offered me for a car loan. Found out there is better customer service out there than Harborstone cares to provide. Adios!

I have written a review in the past; however, I continue to be impressed by the exceptional customer service of Devon Holmes! I feel like I have a personal banker with the exemplary service she provides. For example, she took the courtesy to call me earlier this year "in the thick" of the pandemic to see how I was doing and if she could be of any assistance with any account questions or concerns. I was so shocked and impressed! I have never had that happen to me before. Harborstone, you have a treasure in Devon! In all honestly, she is definitely one of the reason I continue to bank with Harborstone. Thank you for your service!

The customer service provided by this branch is absolutely the best. Every time I visit their staff has been friendly, courteous and so very helpful. Every staff member I have encountered has been thorough and very professional. This branch isn't open on Saturdays so that is a bit inconvenient, but I still prefer banking here nevertheless. Highly recommend his credit Union

Harborstone does not do a good job with money transfers and they do not have good customer service. They put a temporary stop on your account when you buy something outside of the US even if you call in advance to alert them of your travels + specifics. Very unprofessional. I recommend BECU.

I absolutely LOVE this branch! Devon is such a courteous professional. She has been working with me for the past couple of weeks diligently addressing my banking needs with exceptionalism. What an asset to the institution! This is the definition of exemplary customer service.

Though they are friendly, the branch doesn't offer all the services the other branches might. I was told I would need to visit another branch in another town to have the service I needed. It's also out of the way.

I've been here twice and both times have been dissapointing. They're not willing to help joint credit union members. They should just remove themselves from joint listings as there is no point in going here. They will redirect you to other credit unions in other towns and roll their eyes when you ask for help. Even depositing a check is asking too much from them and they will ask you to use the outside ATM. Come on! How dare you ask to do even basic banking there?

They will nickel and dime you on transactions, namely payments made to a loan. Online - they will charge you, over the phone - they will charge you. No real simple way to pay for a loan with this bank. Make it simple, one log in and conduct your business.

Had banked at a national chain for over 30 years, no thanks. I'll stick with a local credit union. The staff is always curteous and willing to help you.

Not happy that the y relocated the Issaquah location then the Woodinville location is not open on Satturdays anymore. It was convenient having the branch within walking distance. Now I have to drive just to go to the branch. I'm done with that.
