Bought a set of HID conversions for my duramax, somehow the drivers side corroded in a short period of time and with no hesitation, the staff helped me get replacement parts and offered to reimburse me under warranty when I brought back the bad parts. They were very helpful and very polite!

Installed in 2015 RAM 2500 6.7L TD w/projectors. 55W ballast was out of stock. Talked to Ben in CS and went with 35W. HUGE improvement over stock Halogen. Sort of like not realizing you have cataracts until they’re removed. Install inst. are generic from Morimoto. Very clear wiring diagrams but you have to figure out how to route and fit everything yourself. Took my time sort of laying things out. The MOPAR specific harness seemed to fit best on the passenger side (since the Cummins has 2 batteries, there is a choice). Was able to find some exposed steel frame areas next to the HL compartments and drilled a small hole to machine-screw the resistors to it (they get very hot - are not to be mounted against plastic). Once in, it all worked perfectly. GREAT customer service from HID Kit Pros throughout (Kudos to Ben and Ayse). So glad I finally squeezed the trigger on this.

Super helpful!!! I bought a used car and didn’t know it had custom HID lighting, when the light went out and Subaru couldn’t help me they sent me here. The team was super nice and helpful both on the phone and in store. They gave me price breakdown and told me best course of action to either get new xenon lights or change to LEDs. They were quick and efficient and kind!

The install work seemed good. But later on I had leaks in my headlight housing. By the time I noticed one of the bulbs burnt out. And they charged me to take it apart to not actually fix it...

I converted my 2017 Ram 2500 from dual beam reflector headlights to projector style using the Dodge OEM Projector conversion harness. For the bulbs I went with the Hylux 35W low beam HID kit along with the Dodge pre-drilled dust caps, and Lumawerx 2.0 LED high beam kit. Install was mostly painless, though the gasket on the HID extension wiring was too small for the drilled hole in the dust cap. I ended up forgoing the extension wire, plugging the bulbs directly to the ballast and using the included individual gaskets in the dust cap. The result is incredible, really helping my night time vision. Pricing was great. The lights work great. My order shipped quickly, and I received responses to inquiries promptly. Overall, a great result, with a great experience.

Ordering experience was straightforward. Shipping was fast. And quality of the lights are exceptional. Had some questions about one of the lights and sent a note to HID. They responded quickly, answered my questions, but still offered to replace if I wasn't comfortable.

Bought 2 ballast and bulb sets. 1 bulb turned pink then totally went out, HID pro replaced the bulb for me quickly at no charge. Thank you so much!

They sold me a relay that was dead on arrival. I asked for a refund. They said send it to us we will test it. I paid for shipping. They returned the unit to me. Still doesn't work with my truck. Please do not purchase from this fraudulent company. Instead purchase from amazon/eBay.

Great guys - know their stuff. Really upgraded the lights on our old Jeep XJ and rewired it so it now has daylight running lights. Pricey but worth it.

Exceptional customer service! I was unaware of the shipping procedures they have in place at the time of placing my order. This did not hold HID Kit Pro back from providing real customer service! Parts malfunction but a business to customer relationship is priceless!!!
