I'm not a fan of Hobby Lobby's politics, and I often find their staff lives up to "snobby" Lobby. So I don't shop often. But, they do have beautiful things, and are often stocked better than some of their competitors for basic art supplies.

I love Hobby Lobby! That said, I went with my MIL to shop for Christmas decorations the Sunday before Thanksgiving (to prepare for deco the weekend after Thanksgiving) and there were only a few rows made up of what appeared to be last year's decor? Maybe they were just getting set up for the big week ahead... I've previously always been very happy with my discoveries at Hobby Lobby!

I was told by a friend that I needed to visit a Hobby Lobby; there are a lot of great craft, gift, hobby items that they carry! I went to this one and was truly amazed with everything they had and how large their store was! One item I planned to purchase did not have a price tag and was the last one for sale in store. The item was hanging on a metal hook and behind all items, there's a small paper that hangs with the description and some numbers on it, so I figured I'd bring that up to checkout, to help them out with trying to pull up pricing. The employee who was checking out let his jaw drop when he saw I took the little paper. He kept going on about how I wasn't supposed to touch that and it was going to be hard for them to know where the item is located in the store, that they were out, and now wouldn't be able to order more. I didn't take it to heart until he called the front end manager (assuming that's her job title, as she bouces back and forth between registers, helping the other employees), and to say she made me feel even worse is an understatement. Now, most stores do not have employees with much training in customer service these days, buy I can say this is probably the worst I've ever been treated. It's one thing to be rude, but another to stand there, making a customer feel bad about something they tried to do out of thoughtfulness. Paper shouldn't be removed, make it a mire permanent fixture or write "do not remove" so customers would know. I love the ability to shop in person again, covid definitely made us all long for normal shopping experiences. But I wouldn't recommend coming to this store. I would rather shop online through Hobby Lobby or just visit a different craft and hobby store all together. Joanns is very short staffed and not well stocked still, but I keep going back due to prices and customer service- they've never treated me bad.

Very helpful employees. Very large stock of Christmas items around this time of year for those who are starting early. The sale prices are amazing.

Friendly staff, clean store, easy to find what I was looking for. Didn't have what I came for but still walked out with something.

If you want to decorate for any holiday or do any craft they have the best quality, most unique things for the best price hands down around town. I get compliments all the time on my decorations from here. Their fake flowers last forever and are hard to tell they aren't real just for one example!

I was in the area and Google maps gave me this store as a result of a search for craft stores nearby. The store is well organized and after a couple of laps around the place I was able to figure out where things were located. The down side of the trip was a lack of people at the check out register. I saw plenty of staff walking around stocking shelves and making themselves available to customers, but only one person at a checkout stand. After 7 minutes of waiting in line, I was short on time and still had several people ahead of me with full shopping carts. I kindly put my items back in their appropriate places where I found them and left the store and continued on my trip. I feel with a store of this size and with the volume of expected shoppers that your multiple checkout stands should have at minimum three persons to serve people ready to pay for their goods.

Clean bathrooms. Nice staff. They knew why I was there. I did my business before jumping into traffic heading to Seattle after daycare drop off.
