Avoid going to this branch, I had to train the bankers on HSA account management. If you have anything involving HSA keep away.Attaching a pic of my follow up emails, I have got no response from them. It's been 3 weeks and still waiting a response from them.

As far as banks go, this one is among the worst. I started a business checking account here. I immediately ordered checks for my business. That was at the beginning of October of 2020. It is now March of 2021 and still no checks. I have inquired several times. No luck. It seems my business will need to find a more reliable place to bank.

Saeed I guess was having a bad day when I came in. Judged me for my bank account balance in dang COVID! Told him I wanted to take money out and he looked at my account for a long time then went "you want to deposit?" Told him again I wanted to take out money. Looked at me for a long time with then finally took it out. Very slowly counted out only a few bills. People can usually still read emotion even behind a mask!

I experienced the worst customer service from Kyle Lindquist today. First off, after having a 10 year long business and personal banking relationship with KeyBank, he told me that he can't cash my check because supposedly I don't have enough funds in my personal checking to cover the check (even though I have more than enough funds in my business account). What is interesting is that I always get my checks cashed without any issues by both branches in downtown Bellevue!!!!!! On top of that he was extremely rude! I could not understand a few things he was saying, so I called my daughter to translate for me, and after talking with her he literally threw my phone back at me. Threw it! Ridiculous! So sick of this treatment. Long time clients means nothing to this company.

This bank does not care about it's customers I had my account for over 13 years with Keybank. I forgot about my insurance payment coming out and it was returned by the branch. Usually bankers will review the overdrafts in the morning and make a courtesy call. I didn't get a call and a chance to correct the situation in time. They already returned my payment. When I called in to ask to waive the OD fee as a courtesy, I was told I only get one waiver a year and they will only do half. I had my account and my line of credit for many years, with substantial direct deposit and interest I pay on their credit products. This did not seem to matter or acknowledged by the person I spoke with on the phone. Keybank is unforgiving about one time mistakes and not willing to work with you. Please go with a Credit Union.
