Be very cautious here. Bank has confirmed that an internal skimmer has been discovered here at the Issaquah location, on the ATM machine, but as of today they are unwilling to let clients know.

This bank does not care about it's customers I had my account for over 13 years with Keybank. I forgot about my insurance payment coming out and it was returned by the branch. Usually bankers will review the overdrafts in the morning and make a courtesy call. I didn't get a call and a chance to correct the situation in time. They already returned my payment. When I called in to ask to waive the OD fee as a courtesy, I was told I only get one waiver a year and they will only do half. I had my account and my line of credit for many years, with substantial direct deposit and interest I pay on their credit products. This did not seem to matter or acknowledged by the person I spoke with on the phone. Keybank is unforgiving about one time mistakes and not willing to work with you. Please go with a Credit Union.

This place is a disaster, and their customer service is worthless beyond basic platitudes. Granted, they greet you like they're all stoned on some upper, but they have zero interest in actually helping you. I made the fatal mistake of opening an account here. I am a recent transplant from across the state and needed a basic bank account to deposit my weekly paychecks. I funded the account with a small amount of money ($500). The first red flag was when I had already handed over the check and the deposited it, the teller told me there was a hold since I am a new customer. Okay, not a big deal. I asked for a small amount of cash back on my deposit (under $100) and was told no. Frustrated, I contacted customer service who said tough luck Then, I asked about closing my account because of the stupid service. I was told by customer service they would close it, but I would be levied a $25 early closing fee. Fine, whatever, just get away from me. I was then told by Josh, the teller working at the time, that I couldn't even close my account for over a week. Why? The hold on my check. Avoid this dump at all costs. Stay with credit unions. This bank cannot be trusted like the rest of them. Don't even work with them out of desperation. Go to a check cashing place, anywhere else. If a meteor crashed into this bank and deleted it from reality, I'd call it a waste of a good meteor.

Very small shop here, but it's fairly convenient since the bank isn't in a high traffic area or near a lot of stores. I have no problems getting in and out, quick and very efficient service, and I've never had to wait in line. This location has given me the cozy small mom and pops feel.
