The blonde receptionist had a very poor attitude. There was an Asian girl in front of me who got poked twice and they still couldn’t get it right. She was clearly upset, but the receptionist spoke to her very harshly and told her to go to another clinic.
When she spoke to me, her attitude was also unfriendly. After waiting for half an hour, I was told to wait another thirty minutes.
It feels like this receptionist either has a bias against Asian patients or simply does not care about her job. I really hope this location can find someone more patient and professional for the front desk role.

I visited this Labcorp location on for a blood draw. The experience was horrific. Worst experience during my whole life.
The phlebotomist first attempted to draw blood from my left arm. The needle was inserted, but no blood appeared.
Instead of removing the needle, they re-directed (probed) the needle inside my vein/arm tissue, essentially poking me a second time with the same needle still inserted—and still failed to draw blood.
They finally removed the needle and, without any apology, switched to my right arm for the second major attempt (third overall puncture/poke). This attempt also failed.
Throughout this painful process, the staff member displayed an appalling and rude attitude and offered zero apologies for the failed attempts or the lack of blood collected.
Since the core service (a successful blood draw) was not completed after multiple painful attempts and poor technique, I am disputing any charge for this non-service. This level of unprofessionalism and bad customer service is unacceptable.

The front desk was incredibly helpful and kind when my doctor’s office didn't send in the order correctly. Everyone was kind, patient, and understanding.

Avoid at all costs. Negative experience every time I am forced to come here. Online scheduling is always booked and walk-in waits can take up to 3 hours.
Had an appointment for my newborn and they told me they couldn't honor the appointment bc the blood couldn't sit over night. Well then why did you let me schedule an appointment for that time? You knew what the appointment was for.
Went downstairs to ask my pediatrician about it and they said that what they told me wasn't true. They asked me if they were busy and said they are known to make things up to get rid of customers. My pediatrician then took the blood sample for me so I didn't have to deal with LabCorp again.
Had to return for more blood work and they turned me away 15 minutes until lunch close. I was standing in line at the kiosk to sign in and a worker stepped in front of me and put a cover over the kiosk and told me I would have to come back after lunch. Now my half day off work has turned into a full day off work. 🤞The wait doesn't take 3 hours this time

Waiting for one hour- screens to show you are signed in are not on. Front desk agent is completely rude. I wish Swedish would discontinue their contract with labcorp. It’s obvious labcorp cannot handle the volume of patients sent to them. Apparently Swedish and Labcorp do not value the patients time- but require the paying patients to arrive 15 minutes early - but waste their time waiting. As if the doctors time is all the matters. People should be outraged for this horrible experience and services!! Just to be clear- this is how it is at every labcorp I have had to test at. This is not a singular experience.

If you want a long wait with inaccurate results then this is the place for you. I went here to get a stool sample check and not only did I have to wait an hour to drop it off, but the results were wrong. How do I know they were wrong? (Please stop reading if you get queasy easily ) I physically put a wormy bit of stool with worms crawling out of it into their two different testing tubes and the results came back negative —indicating there were no worms. I’m not sure how their lab could miss what was obvious by the naked eye but I consider this incompetence at its finest. Avoid!
PS I’ll spare you videos and pictures

Appointment made on line. Kiosk doesn’t allow to scan QR code. Had to ask at the front desk . Receptionist not friendly and somewhat rude.

This is the worst place to get your tests done if you’re doing a walk in. They seem to have only one lab assistant to draw blood and we had to wait for three hours. You generally cannot get an appointment online in next 3-4 weeks so, only option left is walk-in.
Lady at the outside counter is nice to speak but the whole process and setup is messy.

1.5 hour wait for 2 minute blood draw. Too many boomers asking receptionist dumb questions.

Sees a lot of people but efficiently. Book an appointment a couple weeks in advance or deal with the standby list. If you do the standby list make sure to hang out and wait for your name to be called so they can get your tests confirmed and paid. Going late morning I'm usually in and out in an hour. Early morning, lunch and afternoon rush will likely be longer.

Worst place to go to for blood work

I went Monday morning right after it opened. It was very busy, surprisingly so. However, the team was efficiently calling people back as quickly as possible. Sophia, at check in, was very sweet and polite. When places are this busy, usually customer service tanks because the employees are under stress. This wasn’t the case with my experience, they were great!! :)

I have been multiple times in the last few months, and no appointments are available and the wait is 2.45 hours. It is unacceptable to have to take a day off work, which is what appears to be necessary to have your blood drawn. If I did not have a serious disease that needs blood drawn on the day my Dr tells me, I would not get my blood drawn. I imagine a lot of routine screenings that may catch something are getting walked out on.

Horrible experience . Inexperienced person drawing blood. He had to draw blood from both hands. Too long of a wait .

2 hour wait at a lab located in a very busy hospital and medical clinic. Staff have less personality than a porcupine. Why?
