11/4/21- Swedish Hospital Issaquah- Approx 7:45 a.m.The front desk receptionist severely lacks a personality or heart for service. When I approached the counter, without any eye contact she snapped, "Please wait." Then, still without eye contact she said, "Name." I replied "Good morning". Again without eye contact she replied, "Good morning.", and then rolled her eyes and shook her head. I commented on her behavior and she responded negatively, as I expected at this point. Patients who arrive to this counter are medically fragile and/or anxious. There is no excuse for anyone to be greeted by this employee in this way. I can safely assume that she's hurting and for that I sympathize, but taking it out on patients is not only inexcusable but it's also rather cruel. Should I encounter her again and she exhibits the same unprofessional behavior, I'll have to engage a more direct conversation with her. The number of negative envounters in this location, should red-flag that something should be done customer service training-wise. Require better LabCorp because it's clear that your patients do.

Omg I don't know why all the bad reviews. This place was great! Clean, quiet, fast check in, nice receptionist and almost no wait in the middle of the day. The phlebotomist was a magician, totally painless needle poke. I will be driving from Bellevue and using this office from now on.

Terrible customer service. I needed a timed draw, showed up 25 minutes before the time (15-20 is suggested). Waited for 10 minutes without anyone checking on me and had to track someone down to tell them my draw was on a time frame. Short, one word answers and not at all helpful.

Got my blood drawn there, biggest bruice ever around my elbow. Like others said, the lady was very rude and rough.

Front desk lady was respectful. I was seen very quickly as I was the only one there. She did a good job drawing my blood. She seemed to know what she was doing. Overall had a good experience.

Not sure who the lady was who drew my blood, but wow, very impersonal. When she was done drawing my blood she asked me to hold the gauze on the entry point and then she walks away (I"m lying down and feeling faint-ish at this point). When she comes back she just stands next to me with wrapping and says nothing to me, as if she annoyed that I'm still doing what she told me to do. I guess I then "get the hint" that she wants me to stop pressing the gauze and so I stop and that's when she wraps my arm. This was very strange.

Receptionist unfriendly and rude. Plebotomist very nice. Hard to find. It's to the left of the post office. Early in the morning wait time was about 20 minutes or more.

Is this place ever open? I've stopped there four times in the last month during supposed business hours, and this LabCorp location has never been open.

1 person staffed, waiting over 30 minutes to drop off sample and this isn't the first time. As a infusion nurse who has other patients its highly inconvenient that they can't take my sample but instead make me wait for everyone else to get their bloodwork done. This place needs more staff or an option for drop off that doesn't include the same sign in process

Very dissatisfied with their service. I had 2 requests from 2 different doctors. I told the person doing the blood draws and asked that she do both draws. A week later the second doctor called me and said there were no results. By then they threw out the original draw. I had to drive back to get the 2nd draw. There is no excuse for this as I was very specific about 2 draws when there originally. With all the bad reviews something needs to be addressed.

I would not recommend going to this facility unless you absolutely have too! Ana, is great to work with, 5 STAR for Ana!! Sharon on the other hand, not so much!! Maybe it was just a rough day for her, but it seems as though others find her to be a challange work with as well!

Look for the "Medical Center" sign next to the post office. Quick service, staff seemed to know what they're doing. One lady was fairly obnoxious and condescending, mostly to her co-workers, but otherwise met my expectations.

I walk in for a drug test for employment and the lady at the desk was exceptionally rude. I went to go sign in and she yelled at me asking what I was there for before I signed in and when I told her she berated me that I wasn't there on time and snidely told me the hours that they do that. I said that I was able to sign up for a later time online and she said it wasn't possible and that I was wrong. She's a little older with curly reddish hair. Don't know if it was a bad day or what, but as a customer it doesn't matter. Be polite. Don't yell at people coming in. I mean astonished at how rude she was.
