I want to mention that Bern really stepped up and offered 5 star customer service. Made my experience at Lowe's a good one!

Normally I go to Home Depot in Bellevue. Man, was I so happy I came in here on a late-Sunday morning. There were actually employees there to help you, and they went above and beyond to guide me and answer my questions. I will definitely swing by again when I need to pick up something for home.

Dustin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we walked in and asked for assistance for inventory check on an item in a different state for my in-laws. He genuinely cared about our needs and was such a delight to work with. It is rare to run into someone who cares so much about what they do nowadays. Even though we still didn’t get the item we wanted for our in-laws, Dustin turned a negative situation into a positive experience for us!

Friendly customer service support here. I was greeted when I entered and asked if I would like any assistance with my visit. The store like most Lowe's is very organized and comfortable for finding everything you need. Getting into and out of the parking lot was not at all difficult despite the current road construction. Something I haven't noticed before was the Lowe's reusable bag which is a great price for a very nice sturdy large bag.

Online order at 7am for pickup for a morning job. Order doesn't "process" until 9am. Calling multiple departments that "don't do that", Nobody even starts to fill it. Finally send guy to pick up at 9:30, they tell him that nobody is working on it yet and that he can't even ask until I log back onto their super buggy website that cleared my cart 3 times while trying to place a 35+ item order and add him as a registered associate (even though he has my order number and company shirt on). I add him, but they won't let my guy go pick up the materials himself from the shelves and do their job which they obviously don't care about. So we cancel the order while the entire department is just sitting around on their computers. My guy goes to start collecting the order and finds a cart with half our stuff on it with no associate around as far as he can see. It's just unbelievable to me how disjointed the system is and how unbelievably unhelpful support is. Want to support Lowes more than Home Depot when I need stuff from a big box but it's not easy when you ask for basic customer service and the whole department just brushes you off.

I stopped in Issaquah Lowe's to check out and possibly purchase a particular dishwasher. In spite of a barrage of customers that seemed to show up all at once, Justin in the Appliance Dept. provided personable, knowledgeable and patient customer service to customers as well as coworkers who had questions. He was unflappable and efficient. Everyone was "attended to" thanks to the excellent service provided by Justin and others in the dept. It was clear that the sales staff at Lowe's are nice people that work as a team in helping customers. A pleasure to shop there. Kudos to Lowe's--keep up the great hiring picks!

An eclectic stock of items make this location a hit or miss shopping experience when you are searching for specific things. They may have a replacement doo-dad for that 20 year old whatchamacallit, but they may not have a mud catching front entry mat you were looking for. It is like that everywhere, of course, but more so here, I think. Best advice is keeping looking. Cleaning supplies are organized by category on one row, and more for another category on the next row over. Major lumber pieces are in one area, while cheapo hobby lumber is in another. Feel free to ask other customers for help finding something as most of them know their way around the store at least as much or better than the employees. The self-checkout seems to be a good option with a cordless upc reader gismo, except when the item you wanted to buy has no tag and there are no employees up front to assist. Of note, parking lot is small and can feel cramped at busy times. Probably reconsider driving through the lot with that big rv you're towing unless it's an unusually quiet day. Overall, pretty good.

Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot where employees actually try to help. The manager Joe of the Lowes Issaquah store could care less about the customer, basically told me that the additional forms he'd have to do with a vendor wasn't worth it to help me and sell me something missing a part. He said it "operationally" didn't make sense for him. I miss when that store was an Eagle Hardware, the people were so much better. Save time, go to Home Depot or Ace Hardware or anywhere else where they treat you like a person.

Delivery team is inexperienced and overworked. 3 separate trips to my house required to deliver and setup a basic appliance. Do not get pressured in to signing anything until you are 100% satisfied. They will convince you that things are right to get out fast.

Bought all new kitchen cabinets in March 2023. Kitchen was stripped and new cabinets installed. Half of the cabinets were ordered incorrectly, Lowe’s mistake. We reordered and were promised fast delivery. At the end of July our kitchen is still non-existent and we still do not have a delivery date. Lowe’s has zero sympathy or urgency and apparently doesn’t understand having no kitchen for 4 months comes with some challenges.I will post an update if this is ever resolved.

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered cabinets in May 2023. Half of them came in wrong due to an error in their ordering. It is now almost August, 4 months later, and I am still waiting for my reordered cabinets to be delivered with no ETA. Meanwhile, I have half a kitchen with no countertops and they have offered nothing to fix the problem, even after multiple requests. There is no sense of urgency to get this resolved. I would highly recommend finding another company unless you want to be stuck in limbo forever with little to no response from the project managers on the project.
