This is a delightful store with friendly helpful staff. It's a perfect place to buy a gift or splurge on something for yourself.

Denise Jense the owner is a horrible person I don’t think she has empathy for a human being. I had The worst experience in myLife with her as a small business owner.

A fun shop at a fun shopping center. Lots of great gifts. A fun browsing shop, so many different items to look at. Seasonal items are always changing.

No refunds, just store credit. Unacceptable and backward policy that isnt customer friendly, especially for a gift shop. Bye!

Delicious food! The lamb kabob was tasty and tender, served with a lot of veggies.

Management does not care. Small simple items are fine to purchase. BEWARE buying furniture The Bramble cabinet we ordered is flawed. We hired a wood carpenter to fix the doors of the new cabinet so they shut- yet they are still not flush. Erica, the store manager is apathetic and vague and said that the furniture company has to take care of my complaint. Lucky Home will not take any responsibility. It has been since June and I have not heard back, despite numerous emails. Very disappointed.

This store has terrible customer service and an even worse return policy. I used to like it but I have had nothing but negative experiences my last few visits and will not be returning. Defective products out of the box (multiple times) and a 2 week return policy is a joke. I understand not being able to do returns but I've never heard of a business that won't offer store credit or an exchange after 2 weeks. I live in West Seattle and it's over an hr drive... I have 2 small children and we are in the middle of a global pandemic and just had an unprecedented heat wave... I shop home decor often for my business and I like to support small but I will be going back to Home Goods. They have the same product for half the price anyway.

I used to be a huge LY fan/shopper. I’d bring all out of town guests there, I was excited about the opening of the sister store- happily spent entirely too much money in both.Wow has it gone downhill. The store is still beautifully merchandised, lots of fun stuff, but the customer service is nonexistent. I’m guessing I don’t look like their ideal client? None of the 3-4 women working- who were chatting behind the counter the entire 25 minutes I was looking around, said ‘hello’, ‘welcome’, ‘how can I help’- my presence wasn’t important to them whatsoever. I placed my handful of items down and walked out. That’s the 3rd time the exact thing has happened in the past 4 months- and last time I’ll go in.Have you been to Snoqualmie and North Bend, I’ll take my business there permanently. Great shops, very friendly people.
