Time for an unfortunate update, this store is not the same as it was in 2017 and before. With an account there, we have bought microwaves, window ACs, a refrigerator, an upright freezer, and a dishwasher. It's always been a great experience with helpful, knowledgeable people helping us. Today we had made up our mind to buy what was the perfect gas/electric range, on sale for $2,000. When we arrived we gave our name to a greeter and wandered about the appliance section for 15 minutes. I went back to ask him how long it would be and he snapped back "I'll have someone there as soon as I can." so we waited another 10 minutes, and then walked out. there were only 3-4 other customers in the store, and one employee wandering around aimlessly, not helping anyone. No excuse was given for the delay, but since all the other places have the same one on sale we'll be looking elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst serivce.Went to buy something that rang up double the price on the shelf. The rude and unprofessional guy behind the counter said "that's too bad, that is the price". I explained there were quite a few devices on the shelf with a tag saying this item was at the lower price and that even Amazon sells it for lower than what I was expecting to pay.He said that's the price, no offer to help or work through it just that's it.I said I wanted to talk to a manager and he looked at me like I was nutts, and shuffled (yes shuffled) away to go "find one".Returning without one.Seriously, I can't imagine any scenario where Best Buy is in business in 1-2 years.

Do NOT buy on line. My G Son broke his lap top he needs for school. I bought a lap top on Best Buy. It was a Friday afternoon. The site said delivers the next day. So I ordered it instead of going to the location where it was in stock. I got a notification that night saying the item was delayed and that it usually is with in 24 to 48 hours. I thought OK Sunday is fine, even Monday would make him miss 1 class, so be it. If it didnt get shipped Saturday, I will just run to the store and get it. On my way to the store, I check my mail to see if it had been shipped so I can cancel if not and run and pick one one. It had been shipped, 5 minutes prior to me checking, ESTIMATED DELIVERY IS 2 WEEKS! i CALLED, THEY REFUSED TO CANCLE THE ORDER AND SAID i WOULD NEED TO RETURN IT IN 2 WEEKS WHEN IT ARIVES. Nope, I will never buy from Worst Buy again. No wonder they went BK.

Bought the extended warranty for an iPad today but they said it was on an auto renewal which I didn't want. They said they couldn't change that but I could by logging into my Best Buy account (which I couldn't navigate to change it) or they said I could call CS and just tell them to change it to not auto renewal. I called and they said I had to do that closer to the auto renew date, which I didn't want to do as that's the whole reason I wanted to change it, I knew I would forget. I decided to just cancel it and get a refund, but they deducted $16 for what I used of the Best Buy 2 year warranty, but I NEVER used the service for anything! I had it all of 2 hours! They are a rip off. Do not shop here. They do not take care of their customers!!!

Scam alert : Bestbuy auto department (Run by a single tech named Caleb) with their supposedly free installs on totaltech membership is a scam. They will make you buy products, sign up for total tech, promise a lot of things and then just put you on a waitlist for the appointment till you get tired of them.They are down from 3 employees to 1, probably dont pay their employees too well or keep just the scammers like Caleb going.They are paid by how many products and memberships they sell, not about the quality of service.Got to cartoys or another mechanic who can do backup camera or other installs instead. AVOID THEIR BAIT

I needed help with speaker wire and couldn't get a single person to help me. I noticed about five other people running around, trying to find somebody to help. When I finally got a hold an agent he said he get somebody for me waited almost 15 minutes and nobody came and I found another employee said oh yeah you're in the queue. Will send somebody over when we have a chance because we don't have three minis sales associate what a joke. What a waste of time I'll never waste my time going into that store again total joke

The worst customer service ever. I went to get something for my phone, and at first i got accosted before i even got thru the door. Then when i was at the cell phone section i tried to get help, but nobody would help me. Don't waste your time shopping here..

We went to Best Buy at Lake Sammamish Center today morning. We wanted to buy an Apple iPad. There were more employees in the store than customers. Still after asking for help, we stood around the Apple area for 10 mins and no one came to attend us. There were like 4 employees supporting one customer. I can see why this store is on steady decline.

We are seriously in the market for a new 55 inch television. In the past week I have been into this store THREE times ready to make a purchase. All three times I have been greeted at the door by a person who has asked me what I am looking for. I have been directed to the rear of the store where they have televisions but nobody to help me. They seem apathetic and uninterested. It's almost like they try to avoid customers. Today was my third and FINAL attempt to purchase a new television! It's almost like they are going out of business and simply don't care! As I left, I told the person at the door that they were losing business. The response was..."I know...we have a serious staffing problem! Hey, I have an idea! Pull that person out of that unnecessary "greeter" position and put them out on the floor! Goodbye Best Buy! I'm done!

My daughter needed new car speakers and Caleb S. in their install department was AMAZING!! I cannot give him higher praise. He went above and beyond when I mentioned that her newly installed microphone (for recently installed CarPlay stereo) wasn't working, he fixed that at the same time! NICE! Caleb is great and Best Buy is lucky to have him!

The Geek Squad handled my phone and laptop repairs and service today very quickly and with very competent staff. I have been a member of the Geek Squad program for awhile and they do an excellent job and know what they're doing.

It is a good place to get movies and tv s They have other items too. I was in to pick up some cards and to look at the newer video games. The store is clean and the people are helpful and friendly. I am only giving two stars for now , the game selection was lacking and I was told to check them out on line since they may have more there. I am a more of a hands on type , rather have it than wait. Don't need to pay double tax plus shipping and handling.

They apparently now have a rediculous queue system. You cannot brouse around or ask questions. The staff is now apparently allowed to be rude and dismissive. After decades of being a happy Best Buy customer, I won't be returning. I can certainly wait a day or two for Amazon to deliver. I wonder how much further it will go downhill using COVID as an excuse to be mediocre.
