Visited the issaquah branch location twice in one week and was treated poorly by the teller. I just can't recommend using this branch. I went in to deposit cash on my first visit. Teller was extremely condescending, and asked if I had an account. Really? Total lack of common sense. When I tried to ask a question the teller told me to hold my question until the end. Just a super uncomfortable interaction. Fast forward three days later. I visit to get a cashier check when the very same teller asks again in a condescending tone if I have an account. Who goes to a random bank seeking a cashier check? Again , total lack of common sense. Then the teller informs me of a $7 fee for a cashier check. No big deal, even though I've never been charged this fee before. He took the $7 out of the amount I asked for the check, not my account. So now my cashier check is the incorrect amount. Just a sad experience overall.

I visited the issaquah branch twice this week and was treated poorly twice. Customer service is definitely lacking at this location. I would stear clear. My wife has been pushing me to close out our account and go elsewhere, I think she's right.

The recent acquisition of Opus Bank by PPB is so disappointing. On March 5th, a typical cool rainy day, I waited in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes while people (not driving) waited in line since the bank won't allow people inside. One elderly women using walker entered the line, behind my car, waiting in the pouring rain to get to the drive up/walk up window. I allowed her to go in front of me (I was in my car), but NO ONE ever offered to help anyone standing in the rain as we waited for the one teller at the one drive thru....while at least 2 other employees walked around inside!!! Very Insensitive to their customers. I am leaving and from my perspective would not recommend this bank to anyone!

The Bank does NOT allow anyone in the bank. they have 1 drive through window. On March 5th I went to the drive thru and there were 2 people standing/waiting in the drive thru (not in cars) waiting to do their banking. It was raining and there is a VERY small overhang, which does not keep you dry. An elderly women with a walker came over and got in line, behind my car (breathing exhaust), standing in the rain and NO ONE ever offered to help her inside. I let her in front of my car. It took over 20 minutes to do my banking. How insensitive and unacceptable! I'm leaving this bank. BE AWARE, this bank is horrible as it goes thru the 4th takeover in 20 years!!!!
