Excellent selection of various food and beverage products! Although they were out of the Kroger Hazelnut Creamer, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous! Great Job!

I love this QFC. I live on Mercer Island and I prefer to go here. It feels like a family and and everyone is kind and compassionate. It's huge so it's helpful when the employees help you find something.

I don’t know what’s happened to the bakeries or the bakery in QFC if that’s the only one affected but the bakery choices and the products have been horrible. The quality has gone from almost excellent to really bad. I shop for a large numbers at corporation and I now have to go to a different store.

Can't say enough good things about this QFC! Me and my baby there are so often we're on a first name basis with many of the employees (who spoil him to pieces).
Let me start with my favorite department: the wine department lol. Lindsey is absolutely FANTASTIC. I love kicking off my weekend with the tastings they have every other Friday (as a STAHM they are one of the highlights of my week haha). As well, she has my preferences locked in and her recommendations are always on point for whatever the occasion and I'm always learning something new from her. I'd normally just do my wine shopping at Costco, but seeing her is always such a pleasant stop.
Produce: Stasik, Joseph and everyone else in produce are so friendly and helpful! Stasik is fantastic at helping me pick the correctly ripened fruit and has even hopped to the back to grab something perfect! I love the selection available and the quality is good. Also so sweet of them, they sometimes give my little guy an apple or banana snack while we browse through the store and do our shopping.
Cheese: Hama and Brenda are so kind! Also always giving my little man snacks while we shop. Cheese and berries seem to be his favorite snacks so we frequent this counter pretty often and the selection is huge!
Meat counter: I've actually been pretty bad about learning the butchers names, but each one of them is so helpful and can always fulfill any special cut requests I have quickly!
Checkout: Mary is my girl! Even my parents love her and she even manages to get smiles out of my little man. Kevin, Nick and Lindsey are also great! They always greet my little guy and just waiting on the day he can start waving back to them.
Overall, I just love the employees here. I've stopped in at other QFCs, and maybe it's just that this one is my regular spot, but I haven't experienced the same warmth that these employees give here. Everyone is truly so kind and helpful and it's a nice and easy stop that gets me out of the house. It's my go-to for shopping for my family.

Tonight around 10:45 pm at QFC Issaquah, I had a very upsetting experience.
When I first arrived with my service dog, an employee looked straight at me. I waited outside until my dog finished going potty, then walked back to the door. The doors opened just a few inches and then stopped — almost like someone watching the camera was trying to block me and my dog from entering. Only when another customer walked out did the doors fully open.
Once I was inside, that same employee (a white man, around 50s) came right up to me and accused my dog of peeing inside, which she absolutely did not. He then told me, “Don’t let me see you and your dog in here again.”
I showed him my service animal card and explained that my dog is a service animal. I told him not to discriminate against us. I’ve been to this QFC many times with my service dog and never had a problem until tonight.
I left feeling shocked, embarrassed, and disrespected. No one with a service animal should be treated this way.

a couple weeks ago they got a new self checkout system that is NOT self checkout. they flag you for shifting your bag, putting things into the bag that the robot said not to and then you have to wait for an employee to watch back the footage before you can leave. might as well just take the self checkout out. im not a theif but honestly made me want to steal shit. also they are one of those stores that locks up baby formula soap and toothpaste, which imo is a really bad look.

Short of staff, but it wasn’t too crowded manager was very nice. I was able to get help from customer service this evening and everyone loved Clover my Chihuahua. Nice experience. Thankful even got to grab a few items on sale.

My partner and I frequent this location and always feel excited to come into the store! They have everything we need and every staff member we interact with (especially Hama in cheese) is always so friendly and helpful! I’m so glad this location is our local store because it’s my favourite QFC.
