This review is long overdue about a remarkable and stellar human being, Bruce, who is the most beautiful person I have encountered in a very long time.Bruce is someone whom everyone needs in their daily existence~ the sunshine and spirit lifter, without a doubt! He goes unnoticed doing his best to make sure every customer is valued. The world needs to stop and take a page from Bruce’s book of care and compassion while serving others in the public. He’s shy, yet caring, compassionate and diligent, while making sure he gets the customer in and out of the store in a very timely and most polite way. Bruce will go the extra mile to assist a customer even though he’s busy with other duties in the store. He’s so rich in the gifts he possess; ultimately, resulting in the spirit of giving and caring, unconditionally, and is a stellar soul whom I dearly admire and appreciate. To sums up Mr Bruce’s character: he’s“All the flowers of all the tomorrows are in the seeds of today”.I thank you, (on behalf of every customer you serve…) Mr Bruce, for all your diligence and contributions to this lost world of-the-art of customer service and care!You are very much “the flowers [needed] of all the tomorrows….” You make this world a much better place by contributing your gifts and talents with a heart for ALL mankind!

This pharmacy is the best in the area, in my experience. Staff are competent and nice. They are hard to reach on the phone at times, but when they do answer, I always get help, unlike other area pharmacies. That’s why 4 stars. But I think many of these pharmacies are understaffed and some meds are still in short supply which makes it tough.

First, getting them to answer their phone is near impossible. I had to call 10 times to answer and eventually had to press that button that I was a doctor to get anyone to answer.Second, I needed a prescription transferred over to another pharmacy and getting them to do it was near impossible. They said I needed to have the new pharmacy call them, and again, the pharmacy tried and tried but no answer.Find another pharmacy, if you want decent customer service.

A little disappointed when I came in to browse xmas sale, there were slippers in with some 75% things, when I got to the registers the "manager " I'm guessing?? Informed me repeatedly?? That they were not part of the sale? As a manager of a retail store I know how important it is to keep things in proper sections Maybe check your shelves more often, or honor your mistakes :(

For the most part the employees at the pharmacy are just ok as far as being nice and accommodating to their patients but there are times when they can be abrasive and sometimes even rude, specifically the manager Lloyd. I understand they’re extremely busy and it’s frustrating having to answer phone calls, but as a pharmacy patient who has multiple prescriptions due every month, I shouldn’t have to feel exceptionally anxious the one day of the month when I have to call them to ask about my prescriptions.

I went in to get my COVID vaccine and I was a bit late but still got it quick and easy. The pharmacist was very competant and nice. It was very quick. When I couldn't find something in the store, one of the pharmacy persons came out and took me to it. I was actually impressed with the whole trip. They're good.

Felt like the pharmacist went out of his way to be rude. A simple, “I’m sorry but we’re closed” would have been fine. Also, update your hours online if they aren’t correct

Staff is unprofessional, rude, they leave long lines waiting, Rx's not ready when they say they will be, etc. At times 3 behind the counter but they'll make you stand at the counter 10min before they even acknowledge you're there. Choose another pharmacy.

Website and door said open till ten but the doors were already locked at 9:30 and the worker inside pretended to not see us.

This Rite Aid location is poorly managed and organized. We scheduled for a COVID booster for our son. After waiting for 3 weeks, on the day of the appointment, we received a call and was told there is no vaccine left and appointment has to be cancelled. A reflection of poor inventory management and communication. They also did not try to fix this problem on their end, other than asking us to call other Rite Aid pharmacies and other vaccine locations to figure it out. Overall a terrible experience.

This Rite Aid pharmacy is run by people who have no attention to detail. They message you via text to come pick up your medication because it's ready, only to tell you that they don't have it once you arrive, while the pharmacist tells you that she "wasn't the one here last night,." They also charge far more for medication here than other pharmacies, with or without insurance. You have plenty of options, find a better pharmacy.

How this pharmacy has changed. What a shame. Such nasty customer service. I echo giving wrong information on medications that can be given in 3 months supply; I had that done for years and all of a sudden it's not possible. I also had trouble using a coupon here as well. They also have consistent trouble if you have a refill with new prescription: I had a huge drama a year ago getting a simple medication refilled that involved multiple calls, doctor office faxes, and doctor calls to get it done. Just recently same experience with a simple medication for my child. They blame you the patient, the doctors office, and everyone else while you spend time chasing after simple prescription fills. When you complain, they get nasty with you. Just FYI - if you have a "one and done" type medicine I guess it's fine; if you're getting things regularly they are unreliable and stressful to deal with.

Brian and Shirley are very kind , emphatic and helpful pharmacists at Rite Aid in Issaquah They go out of their way to help and definitely understand the importance of customer service. If you need help, I would look for them at the Rite Aid in Issaquah.
